Clean, Minimalistic Hotel with Great and Tasty Breakfast Options”
My boyfriend and I decided to stay here on our last day in Bora as they had a "pay at the hotel" option in Agoda which was super convenient for people without credit card or those whose credit cards has been maxed out already, LOL. It was a very good choice because of it's location as it's close to the 2 beaches. The beds are super comfy, air conditioners, hot and cold shower are working nicely, spacious (even have an extra bed) and the breakfast is very good. It's unlike your ordinary cheap hotel breakfast with rice, some meat and eggs considering the amount we paid for one night, it was worth it! We had to check out at 7AM and they were very nice to offer to prepare and pack our sandwiches a little earlier so we won't miss our flight. It was a quick but very nice stay. I would highly recommend Urban Boutique Hotel. For it's price, you'll get more than what you pay for.

What to like about Urban Boutique Hotel: 1. Very accommodating staff/manager like legit, this is probably the best quality you’d like to look forward to in booking hotels. If i can only give more than 5 stars i would. 2. One of the Best deals value for money. 3. Location is in the heart of the Island so you get the chance to go anywhere you would like to. 4. Wonderful 3 nights stay”
Had an amazing stay at urban botique, room looks modern and spacious. What I like about the place: •The Bed and pillows were so comfortable we slept like logs, once u lay down the next thing u know you are already asleep. Didn’t have any body pains or stiff neck. •Breakfast was so delicious and prepared with love. Food looks great •Accomodating staff, they even hung our wet close to dry •Place is in between white beach and bulabog beach, walking distance to everything. Cons: Construction is still going on going to the main road, it does not feel safe especially at night where electric wires are not visible.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Though you might have to walk for a minute or two going to the hi-way it’s still very nice. D’mall is also just few minutes away so you can walk there going to the beach. There’s also a mini mart near the entrance (from the street) so you can buy water and other stuff like that if you need to. Breakfast is served starting 6am. There’s a variety of food you can choose from (I recommend to get the sandwhich. yum!) Overall, it’s worth the price!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is super delicious, pork steak is highly recommended, ordered this during our whole stay! The location is near from the beach front, 10-min walk lang! No need to ride trike. Back beach is also few mins away. Very accessible to all locations. Overall, we would recommend this place!

The owners are extremely accommodating, and the rooms are spotless and well-kept. It's about 5-8 minutes from the white sand beach, however there are plenty of shops around.

The staff are very accommodating. The room is very nice, me and my cousin loved it so much because it's so cozy. Just near to the places you wanted to stroll like the D' Mall in Station 2, a 3-5mins. walk fro the hotel.

Superb service and minimalist type of room”
We had a great time staying at Urban. Ate together with her children, husband and pets (Happy, Walter and Ming) were very accomodating and will assist you with your needs. Rooms are minimalist and very cozy to stay. Btw, you can request what is your breakfast and they also recommend reliable contact for your activities. In our case, she referred us yo Kuya Jeff for our bike tour. We're so grateful to have him to this very spontaneous activity. We're happy to stay again with Urban Boutique when we're back to Boracay.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the white beach. The staff were all nice, and friendly. They also have two cute resident dogs, Walter and Happy. Say Hi! when you see them! The room itself is nice and we liked the minimalist design of the hotel. The walls were a little bit thin though that you can hear other guests from neighboring rooms. Otherwise, a bang for the bucks! Definitely would recommend

Great Stay (but not a hotel)”
The Staff is extremely helpful. The 'hotel' feels very family run and you get a warm welcome. They are extremely helpful. If you rely on WIFI, don't choose this place as WIFI is only available in the common room. However the owner went out of her way to come up with an alternative solution for me. The room was quite spacious, but very weird with 2 queen beds, 1 single bed, and 2 showers and 2 toilets. Location is very walkable to Dmall (max 5 min) and price for value is very good. However, don't expect 'hotel' amenities in the room as there is no water heater, cups, fridge or anything. I would consider it more a hostel with private rooms. All in all not bad as the staff makes it all up for the better. Would I come back... might be, but only if I don't need to rely on WIFI and have my 5G loaded up :-)
