we stayed in the Executive Room......it was very nice and big.......staff very friendly......the riverwalk was just a short walk away...... the front desk got us a taxi back to the airport cheaper then you can get yourself...... cash only hotel.. we got there late sunday.. found out cash only which we had little on us... all the atm's around were out of money so we had enough cash to pay for 1 night..... then monday we got cash to pay the other 5 nights... when we reserved room i didnt see where it say cash only or we would have brought cash.

Urban Inn, Totally Awesome Place”
Our group of 12, included 7 adults and 5 children, we found the Urban Inn online and the price was great for the rooms. I Highly Recommend Urban Inn to anyone looking to be close in the City, but in a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you Agoda for your quick response in approving our stay at Urban Inn, we will definitely stay there again whenever we visit Iloilo City.

Comfortable Stay”
Stayed with family, booking 3 rooms. Excelled bed and linens. Close to La Paz Market, very appropriate since we would like to try Netong's batchoy and Madge cafe. We also enjoyed eating dinner like locals at the nearby market. Excellent internet connection which served the purpose as we need to work while on vacation. The only thing is that there's no elevator but staff were more than willing to help with luggage.

Affordable Stay”
We were a group of 5, room was smaller than we saw it thw picture but its okay. Great for the price, especially to us who are literally just booked an inn for sleep and shower since we were always going out. Recommended if you're looking for a cheap stay that is not bad. No elevator, its okay for us since we were placed in 2nd floor but it might have been difficult to those in the upper floors. Hope they install one soon.

Why 3 for cleanliness?”
I gave 3 for cleanliness because during my stay the beddings were itchy. For some reason there were small insects on the sheets both for the lower and upper bed.

Location is superb, nearby market where you can find Netongs batchoy and Madge Coffee, and just across Merzci pasalubong store. The cons are: No elevator, the bed sucks they should change the matress already, I had backache because of it.

The room we got was only for 1,700k i think, it was super spacious already, has a nice bed, a leather chair, functioning tv, a wide curtained-road view, and a mini dining area.
