clean and well-maintained rooms, friendly staff. wifi in room was very fast. ”
The hotel was a bit far from the city proper but it is closer to the Pueblo de Panay public transpo terminal. The staff were pleasant, very helpful and accommodating. In-room Wifi was a big plus, it was very fast. Only downside was those guest who were staying at the annex building would still have to walk to the main building to check in which was a few meters away. Nevertheless, excellent hotel, good value for your money.

Hot water ”
The annex doesn't have hot water and you have to cross the street to their main hotel just to get one is not satisfactory for 2 nights stay. Maybe its okay for those over night stay only without hot water to drink but for those 2-3 nights they should have at least provided hot water or electric kettle

Scary Stay”
Do not be deceive. This Hotel Annex is totally different from the Hotel itself. This is 1 min walk away from the hotel. But this Annex does not have staff staying there. Only one security guard arriving at 7 pm. You will be located on the 3rd floor, with the phone located outside your room. The phone is for the whole floor. When I stayed there, literally there are not people checked in. Very spooky indeed.

we did not like the room size and the pictures of the room were not of the annex they were of the main hotel for medical reasons we had to have a fridge the write says there is the room are very small we had to transfer to the main building to get what the advertising said and then because we were staying 8 nights added another 9,000 pesoes to our stay all advertising should show what the real room is.the main hotel is 4star

Not worth the money”
The rate we paid was the rate offered to one of their rooms for the main building but we stayed at the annex which is far less superior. Had to walk to the main building to ask for hot water. All the rooms were in the 3rd floor but no elevator. Our room and bathroom were way too small.

You are on your own”
There's just the room, aircon, bed and comfort room. Nothing more! We can't even borrow a water heater. If we knew, we'd skip Roxas City and stayed else where.

The facility is not equipped for handicapped guest”
First, the facility is not euipped for handicapped guests, NO ELEVATOR, the main & the Annex bldg. They shld specify this in their ad with Agoda. Some mosquitos are flying in our room & the flow of water in the shower room is very low. At least the staff are nice & helpful. But we wont come back on this hotel anymore for reservation.

UNSANITARY”
The bedsheets are stained, the pillowcase(s) still have some hair left on it, probably by a man because of the length. The first day i stayed, I noticed that the soap has a logo on it that's of the hotel across it, not a logo of the hotel itself. (Gives me the impression that they recycle the garbage of the hotel accross it and judging by the looks, i guess its really a garbage of the opposite hotel. It looks old Lol) then on the next day i was surprised they changed it into their own branded soap. Even my officemate who stayed in a different room, complained that the rug inside the bathroom smelled of piss. And then i check the towels that they provided, it was not washed properly because i can still see bits of something that looks like when you eat chips and then wiped your hands with the towel, thats what it looks like. Pressure of water is also not good. The lamp is not even working! No telephone inside to call the reception. Not even a heater or what.

Location is far from the main hotel where you will have to get your key card. I have to brave the heavy downpour just to check in because it is a separate building. Upon check out, i have to carry again my things to go to the main building...
