This is my second time after 3 years - the whole concept of the hotel is great and unique worldwide with all the parties. That's why they can charge so much money per night. The staff at the reception is nice, but on the beach not very good. It took ages until we were served. Food is good. And the parties are great of course :) So will come there again because of the vibe, but in terms of service there are much better 5 star hotels for less money ;)

They will treat you like you're out to con them especially if you're not a young clubber it can be real offensive. They have no idea about customer service and all would be good if the hotels in 1 min walk were not good. But since there is a million others at a quarter of the price for more fun I think they need to really get off their high horse

SULLA PRENOTAZIONE SCRIVONO: PAGA IN STRUTTURA ….. poi dopo qualche giorno ti viene richiesto pagamento immediato del totale anticipatamente oppure le prenotazione viene cancellata!! Tutta una truffa sia agoda ( merda di sito) sia uhuhaia dove pemsavo di trovare si movimento ma non BESTIE CHE URLANO E FANNO CASINO AD OGNI ORA. VADO AL NOBU HOTEL…. Fantastisch en zeer luxe, hygiënisch, bijna steriel schoon hotel. Klantvriendelijk personeel die elk moment van de dag voor je klaar staat en je zeer geduldig te woord staat. Je wordt behandeld als een speciale gast. Top tijd gehad!! Klein minpuntje, het hotel ligt op de route van de landingsbaan van het vliegveld. Het hoeft niet storend te zijn, anderzijds ben je dichtbij de luchthaven gesitueerd.

プールサイドの部屋に泊まりました”
クロージングパーティがある前後に泊まりました。お部屋は少し暗買ったですが、プール直結のお部屋だったので、ゆったり過ごせました。 友人はタワーの方に泊まったのですが、普通のワンルームで狭いので、こちらの方がいいと話してました。 ビーチサイドにあるレストランが、どの時間帯にも食事が出来て良かったです

Агода не перевела деньги в отель и меня не хотели заселять ”
Сам отель идеален для Ибицы а вечеринки одни из лучших на острове . Началось все с двух часового ужаса на ресепшене когда с меня потребовали оплатить отель ( при этом я оплатил его почти месяц назад), девушка на рескпшене вела себя по хамски и несобиралась даже помогать , только после моей просьбы позвать менеджера нам стали помогать и искать варианты , тем ремённые мне пришлось оплатить ещё одну ночь - привет агода . Служба поддержки агоды решала проблему почти три дня - очень оперативно . Сам отель супер все очень продумано , достаточно чисто , качественная музыка и вечеринки рядом на против Hi Ibiza ( бесплатно для жильцов отеля до 1 часа ночи) если нужно качественно поесть не куда идти не надо все есть отеле . Хотел бы поблагодарить Эмилию за помощь при решение нашей проблемы .

Jag rekommenderar detta hotell för alla som vill ha hela ushuaia upplevelsen. Frukostbuffén är något från en annan planet med alltifrån glassmaskin till sushi och pannkakor. Däremot var allt mycket Dyrt. En Liten flaska vatten kostade 6€, en red bull 7€ etc. Och skulle man beställa alkohol så blev det mer än det dubbla.
