Far from city, smelly atmosphere, nice city view”

Quiet, spacious living room, friendly staff

We arrived quite late, call reception staff asking for right direction, they are so helpful. Spacious room and nice city view. The worst thing is the smelly atmosphere early morning, we hardly breathing.

Nice view, big room”

Big room

It is nice place, but a little bit far away from city. Staff can spoke English, communication is not a problem. You much drive a car or hire taxi because the location is on country side. No public transport can access to it. Overall is a nice hotel.

Bad location and very different from picture”

Big rooms and english speaking staff

Very bad location, don even think of take bus here. We had a local driver but still took us more than 30min to look for the place. Staff (NK) speaks really well english so no problem with communication at all. They gave us a upgrade of room, from 6 person to one that holds 8 person. Very big living and dinning area. It is like a house with 3 bedrooms. The rooms are of reasonable size with regular size bathroom. Very alike some country side style of villa. Not much view and no eatery around therefore please inform the staff the night before if you need breakfast. Only good if you need a big number of people staying together.

Good for groups to stay close and can cook meals. Very friendly English speaking staff. However it smells like cow manure.

글쎄요”

디럭스패밀리룸40평대로 알고있었는데 절대 아니고 26평쯤될것같네요 홈페이지에서도 보고 아고다로 예약한건데 뭐랄까 너무 낡아서 장농문은 닫히지도않고 들어가면 오래된 퀘퀘한냄새에 에어컨필터냄새도 나고 바닥은 기울어져있어요 쓰레기봉투를 따로 구매해서 버려야하고 숯불은 그냥번개탄몇개 넣어줘서 화력이 약하고 벌레가 너무많고 야외바베큐장이 너무 멀어서 불편해요 비오면 이용못하고 관리하신분들도 그냥그랬어요 가격이 저렴한것빼곤 메리트가 없네요

제주도 갈 때마다 꼭 여기서 머물러요 저는 오히려 서귀포쪽 숙소가 운전하기 불편하더라고요 숙소가 구불구불 길따라 외진곳에 있기는 해도 렌트카 이용한다면 아무 상관이 없어요 4인가족정도만 되어도 30평짜리 방하면 거실있고 방두개고 취사시설도있고 이보다 좋을순 없다고생각해요 취사시설이 있어서 참 좋습니다. 9년전에 처음갔을때는 시설이 새거라서 참 좋았는데 이제는 좀 많이 낡은느낌이나요 침대 매트리스 특히요 욕실도 그렇고 전체적으로 리모델링 필요한 수준이에요 펜션 사장님이랑 관리해주는 직원분 정말 친절하세요 아쉬운 점은 예전에는 숙소에서 아침식사 예약하고 할수 있었는데 다른 제주도 어떤 맛집보다도 여기 식당 아주머님이 하는 고등어구이 성게미역국 진짜 맛있거든요? 반찬도 후하고요 근데 이제는 안하셔서...너무 아쉬워요 성게미역국 맛집이라고 소문난 곳보다 유티에스빌리지 조식이 훨씬 맛있는데... 조용하고+취사시설있고+평수좀 나오는+펜션스타일 좋아하면 적절한 숙소입니다

눈이 한창 내릴때가서~~”

눈이 한창 내릴때가서 차가 미끄러질까 조심조심 갔어요 전화로 친절하게 위치안내해주시고 길미끄러우니 둘러서 오는길 안내해주셔서 천천히 갔구요 다행히 잘도착해서 숙소잡았고 눈이 소복히 쌓여서 넘 예뻤어요~^^ 딱 한가지 아쉬운점이 화장실 냄새가.. 좀 나서 불편했구 아침에 근처에 산책겸 둘렀는데 거름냄새가 넘 심했네요ㅎㅎ 그것빼고는 다 좋았어요! 방두 따뜻했구요~

가격 대비 여러명 이용하기에는 좋습니다”

저는 골프장이 주변에 있는 줄(아침 산책을 좋아해서) 알고 갔는데 상당히 외진 곳에(편의점도 찾기 힘듭니다) 위치하고 있습니다. 여러명이 놀기(시끄럽게 놀아도 별문제 없습니다)는 좋고 청소도 잘 되어 있지만, 화장대도 없고 몇가지 불편한 점들이 있습니다. 가격 대비로는 그럭저럭 만족했습니다.

평가하기가 좀...”

1.위치 - 제주도외국어고등학교를 지나서 언덕을 살짝 올라가는데 찾는데 네비게이션이 있어도 힘들정도임. 주변에 팬션등이 있는데 주변이 개발하는 과정이라서 그런지 오물이며 환경이 약간 비추천 2.숙소상태 - 평균정도(정리정돈잘되있으나 룸에 비품(치약 치솔 머리빗 면도기등 일회용품은 비치가 되었으면 한다.) 3.직원태도 - 만족함. 4.부대시설 - 시내에서 떨어져있기때문에 부대 편의시설을 생각하기에는 무리가 있다. 5.가격대비 만족도 - 방크기에 대한 만족도는 있을수있으나 전체적인 만족도는 평균정도임. 친구들과 와서 놀기 좋은 장소이나 숙소에서 여유를 만끽하면서 평온함을 보내기에는 좀 어려움.
