Property policies

Prevent fire hazards. Ensure fire safety at all times. We would appreciate proper care and handling of room amenities. Recovery charges will be imposed for loss and damage of property. Each bedroom is set-up with a king size bed for 2 occupants. For guest comfort, we highly recommend a maximum of 6 occupants for the entire 3-bedroom house (bathroom attached in all 3 bedroom). No parties or group gatherings. Quiet after 12 mid-night until 7am next morning. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. However, we do provide smoking area at designated location outside the house. A RM1,000.00 deodorising and cleansing fees will be levied to guest who violate the non-smoking policy of this Homestay. For safety reasons, it is advisable to ensure that all young children using the bath tub be accompanied with adult supervision. Guests is requested to maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness to enjoy fresh comfort.
