The hotel has a good location, situated in between 2 subway stations, both less than 300 meters. There's a bus station 100 meters from the hotel. Yatai stalls are very near so you don't have to go far if you want to have a taste of Yatai. If you're Catholic, there's a church in front of the hotel. Shopping malls, convenient stores, banks are all over the place. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The room is always clean. Towels and bedding are always fresh. They serve breakfast too. We are so satisfied and happy that we booked in this hotel.

Bang for the buck hotel in Tenjin”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Fukuoka. It's located 2-3 minutes away from Exit 1 of the Tenjin Station (subway). Take Exit 5 through PARCO if you have luggage, as there's a lift (5-7 minute walk from hotel). The rooms are clean and the facilities, adequate. Certain toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, combs, shaving cream) are available at the lobby although the bathrooms have the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer). Wi-Fi was fast as they assign individual networks per room. There is free coffee at the lobby, as well as two vending machines dispensing beverages. Staff are welcoming and you are required to leave your key every time you leave the hotel (for which reason, I would recommend securing the valuables in your room). Only caveat is that checkout is quite early at 10AM, but we were able to leave our luggage while we did some last-minute shopping.

Great and new hotel”
I stayed here before my flight from Fukuoka Airport. Since the hotel is at the center of Fukuoka I can enjoy my nightlife in Tenjin. From the hotel to the airport take about 30 mins due to the traffic jam about 8.30 am. But if you have time and not a lot of luggages like me you can use the subway.

Best price for its location and cleanliness. Room is small but its okay. And they gave new towel everyday although we have to pay extra to get our room cleaned. But location is the best point for this hotel

Value for money with very good location”
Location is very good, not far from Tenjin station and bus stop. The room is tiny however their double bed is big enough for 2 adults (Asian). Staff is helpful and well communicate. Paid parking is in front off the hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. very close to the subway station. I was there for 5 nights and they change the sheets daily which was quite amazing. On the other hand, while I was there, the cleaners never clean the coffee mugs left so please don’t expect them too. There is no dishwashing liquid though. so use your creativity on this one.

Quiet and clean”
Quiet hotel located at the side street of TenShin. Check in is quick and check out is easy, you dispose your room key card into a box and that's it. Little open area in the lobby where you can find free coffee aside. Serve yourself with bathing powder and foam if you need so. All in all, this hotel is a high value to price place to stay.

Convenience Hotel in Tenjin area. I stay 1 night here and go to another city and come back to stay 2 nights. First night got bigger room and stay next to my friend room but when I come back, I stay in 8th floor but my friend stay in same room in 3rd floor. Staff that assign rooms should be concentrate a bit things of this. I didn't have breakfast then I don't have comment. The room are clean and if you stay 2 nights, HK will take a bag of towels in front of your door. That mean HK didn't come to clean up your room and FO inform that when checkin as well.
