          Great experience Everything works well here”

          Nice experience and can be a great weekday option to sleep on the way or return from Baguio if u think Baguio accomodations are expensive or inconvenient. Now getting to and from Baguio can be inconvenient on weekends because some buses take 2-3 hours to and from this Inn's city and Baguio. Returning from Baguio Sunday night was very difficult because so many people were waiting and wanted to back home in the all southern directions. The vans in that city Dagupan are always waiting for passengers

          Chose double bed but assigned to single room”

          Even though I was a solo traveler, I chose a double occupancy room so I can have a larger bed. Unfortunately, the hotel staff assigned me to what I suspect as a room for single occupancy. That bed is even smaller than 1 of the twin beds in my next destination. I have travelled already to a lot of locations and checked in at several types of rooms so I know for a fact that the bed in that room is only for 1 person and not for 2.

          Very simple rooms”

          I would recommend the Value Star Inn to other budget travelers, but when traveling with a partner or family one might want to apply higher standards (or take one of their more spacious rooms). We stayed close to the reception area in a $20 room with 2 single (!) beds (mattress for a couple was only available on request and for an add-on fee) and it started to get noisy from 7am.
