Hotels and Agoda are no longer connected. I've lost a lot of time to resolve the payment issue. This hotel was very long (over 20 years) so the furniture was very old. However, it's location is great for an evening stroll in the Ha Long city.

very disappointing. i travel many times in vietnam. this is the first time i can say i was worried about salubrity of the installation. believe me i saw many hotel. for the price you should get a 4 star hotel.
