Relaxing stay in beautiful facility”
Loved my stay here, it was so relaxing. The rooms and pool are well maintained and it’s very calm. I like the option to take bikes for free to cycle into town for meals or a massage. The manager is very competent and her English is great. The owner Namtan is the sweetest person and even organised a trip for me to visit the Red Lotus Lake near Udon Thani. Would recommend and will most likely come back next year. Key recommendations: - Improve staff’s English skills. it was very tough to communicate with some of the staff. that is most likely the reason why I did get unsatisfactory responses to my questions prior to arrival. would suggest that they practice Duolingo every day. - meal options are very basic and expecting vegetarian guests to eat vegetables with rice every day is not really acceptable in 2020.

Nice place and friendly staffs”
We stayed just for 1 night with 2 kids ( 4 and 8 yrs old), they love this hotel because it is really easy to access to the pool. They have nice pool, big and clean room. The staffs are really friendly and helpful, the location might not be easy for the traveller who doesn't have his own car, but it is close to the market and convenient store.

Better than most in NK”
Nice big and clean pool. Breakfast, as usual in most places was cold but the eggs to order were, of course, hot. English understood at check in and was advised if I wanted to stay longer, it would be cheaper to book direct with them.

Nice place but not sure what makes it a Wellness spa”
On arrival were put in a twin room which was not what was booked, staff quickly put right and gave us a double room on the pool however TV did not work and wifi was non-existent, we were offered a complimentary breakfast to make up for this. Moved room again the next day, TV worked but internet was poor. Booking also stated a welcome drink, but that was never to be seen. Room was nice and able to walk straight in to the pool, not sure what made it a spa, saw a flyer for a massage at twice price of town but no idea where to go for that. Staff were friendly and breakfast nice but it missed that something to make it "special"

Room was not properly cleaned, with dirty walls, dusty toilet and well dated furnishing. Swimming pool hasn’t been cleaned and treated for a while, full of green algae.

AC not cool enough, hot water is slow to get warm. There is no need to book a parking fee included room because you can park as long as there is a space. The Tv is so old. The corridor is dirty.

Exceptional stay - the BEST in Nongkhai! 최고의 호텔! ”
Great room, clean, very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. The pool is fantastic, huge and clean, and is accessible directly from many of the rooms. I was very surprised to get upgraded to the Pool Access room! The staff is wonderful. The manager, who speaks wonderful English, checked me in personally, and the helpful staff assisted me with my bags to my room. Breakfast is also very good. Nice selection of local and Western food. Good and prompt service at the restaurant, staff always offering me to try local dishes, I kept having to say no because there was already too much (good) food! Location is a little further away from the center, but it's actually very close to many major tourist attractions in Nongkhai. The hotel offers free rental bikes. Service is impeccable. I had some problems getting a last minute flight to Bangkok, and the staff were great in helping me get the tickets and even printed out the confirmation for me. I loved my stay there. Will come back!

Nice resort for retreat!”
Generally it’s a good resort in Nongkhai. No regret to choose this resort compared to other hotels. Location is ok not far in between Nongkhai city and Pone Pisai. My room with pool access is perfect that fit with my need. It’s only that other guest who has no manners walking pass your balcony. Room is too dark as there is no room lighting and there’s only 2 lamps. WIFI is bad and never be able to connect. TV is too small. Breakfast looks very basic but very good taste for Thai food.

Quiet private place to stay where staff treat you like family”
The hotel is a little older but well maintained, clean and the pool is fantastic. The hotel is not located downtown Nong Khai but rather on a very quiet and large piece of secure property just east of town. This is a huge plus if your looking for a quiet retreat. The hotel isn't far from the riverfront and is a short bicycle ride to the markets and restaurants. The staff treated us like family personally greeting us every day making sure that we were happy with the facilities and always asking if there was anything else we needed. Next time I visit Nong Khai this will be my home away from home again.

Another great stay at this wonderful hotel. Quiet, relaxing and cozy, this hotel is great for everyone. As a return guest, I got a complimentary upgrade to their great Pool Access Room. The SERVICE is five-star, smiling and helpful staff, always greeting me by my name. The room is clean and spacious, with upgraded TV. The pool was very clean. I tried out their new pool bar, good food with wonderful service. Their buffet breakfast is a must - try the pan eggs. 깨끗한 방, 맛있는 음식, 아주 좋은 품질의 서비스, 최대한 열심히 웃어주고 노력해 주는 직원들이 보기가 아주 좋네요. 계속 찾아오겠습니다.

Very pleasant”
The room is quite simple but comfortable, and quick access to the pool was a highlight. The bathroom is well designed and updated. Breakfast was fine although a few more Western food options would have been appreciated. Staff and management made a real effort and are clearly investing in the place. The major downside is the location quite far from town, but with a car it's not a problem. We enjoyed the badminton equipment and a walk in the neighborhood.

that is really the best choice you can make while staying in Nong Khai... it's beautiful, clean, calm, stuff is amazing and you get the best priced accommodation I guess all around area udon thani to Laos... I have been traveling a lot in this area and never stayed at a better place.

Lovely relaxing resort”
Everything was good.....lovely pool,nice room,friendly and attentive staff. Location is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Nong Khai so having your own transport is preferable.
