Great base for Alona beech”
Great little resort 5 min walk to the beech, 10 min walk into “town”. Restaurant is great with a decent sized pool. Rooms are big, clean, with lovely balconies. Much better standard than others I stayed in in the Philipines. Tip for travellers. Get a tuk tuk or a shared van from airport, approx 200 pesos. Happy travels 🤗

We miss it already! ”
We stumbled across this hotel and we are SO happy we did! We booked for two nights ended up staying 5. The staff are so lovely, super helpful, kind and accomodating. The food - is unbelievable. The owner is Italian (also very friendly! And is onsite most of the time) so has brought amazing Italian food to this hotel - we ended up eating either lunch or dinner most days (sometimes both!!) We are vegetarian and the chef was so kind to alter a few dishes to make them veggie for us (alongside an extensive veggie menu ((the Thai curry just looked too good to miss!)) The beds are so comfy, Aircon is great, the place is super clean & fab cocktails. The pool is also perfect temperature, somehow cold in the daytime and warm at night & open until 8pm - would recommend an evening dip - really nice with the lights. Honestly you guys are great, thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable. Could not recommend more.

CONS: No available staff to accommodate and welcome guests who will be checking in late at night. The TV does not have signal/connection so it can't be used. Not enough lighting in family loft room.

Beautiful Quiet peaceful resort on a good location w a nice pool & garden. The room, I ama so happy with, because the bed. And sheets and pillows are clean and comfy, the bathroom has good hot water w toiletries provided. There is a balcony I was able to dry my clothes. And the wifi hhas. Excellent signal 👍. The staff are polite and courteous, specially Ms Maria who Attended to my request even allowed me to extend for an hour for free so I can refresh after the island hopping activity. Hospitality to the highest level. They knew right away how thirsty I was so they gave me water right away. I love the banana split, will try the pizza next time. 👍👍👍

We arrived earlier than expected and our room wasn’t ready but the owner UPGRADED OUR ROOM. No extra charge for early check it room upgrade. They upgraded it for FREE. They catered to all our needs. Thank you so much to all the staff especially the owner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the best hotels in Panglao, Bohol! ”
My family and I enjoyed our whole stay. I highly recommend staying at Vanilla Sky Resort. Their Italian food from the resto is one of the bests we’ve tried, it’s authentic and delicious. The staffs and owner of the hotel/resto is very friendly and accommodating. I asked them for a romantic dinner set up and their set up exceeded our expectations. I would love to go back here with friends/family someday.

Peaceful getaway ”
I loved my stay so much, I extended it. The staff are very helpful, the Italian food is delicious and you can get a quiet night's sleep. It is a little walk to the beach, but that's fine by me.

Cheap yet good amenities and location”
Hotel staffs are friendly, location is just near Alona beach and proper, pool is also good. I wish there’s just a bidet in the room we stayed and we can also hear the noise from the other room.

We stayed in a family loft style . Okay for 5 persons. Nice stay quiet.. clean rooms..with free heater for coffee. Pizza also great. Walkable to Alona Beach. you can easily hire trycle to the airport costs only 200 pesos. Pool is not quite big...but still okay.

We stayed here together with my Mom (senior citizen) & Dad. We landed in Bohol 7am and we are in the resort around 7:30am. Unfortunately early check in is not possible that time since there is previous guest before us.

Nice, peaceful, Italien Family Ressort”
I booked first some days but I had to stay longer because it's such a nice place compared to other Ressorts. I can highly suggest and recommend it to anyone. Especially the Restaurant is well known for their delicious food.. and yes! Here you get a real Pizza! The Personal is outstanding in any aspects.. reading and fulfilling your wishes from your Lips.. I personally prefer to stay here instead to be at alona Beach which is full.

Room is huge with nice view on the balcony, on the upper floor. Pool is small but there's space for small kids to enjoy. With good, filling breakfast. Tricycles are available to go to the beach. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
