Great place for its price. Location is not along the main road so could be challenging to find, not much streetlights of you'll walk home at night.

It's a very clean place complete with shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, drinking water. The aircon isn't that cold at times maybe because of the way it is installed but it does the job. I got this for 50% less the price here in agoda so i love the deal. It's not easy to find but it's just a straight walk form the entrance of helvetia heights and there are restaurants nearby. Staff is polite and they respect privacy.

Good Quality and Laundry Shop”
The laundry shop is connected to the hotel and does a wonderful job washing your clothes. 5 kilo for 150 peso. Great Area for the hotel and I would stay again for sure !

It is easy to locate and close to food houses. My cousin and I enjoyed good food and festive ambiance just around the corner. We had nightly walks to the NGC where they sell balut and hot or cold coffee drinks. Service is also decent although the staff was nowhere to be found at 4:00 am as we were leaving for our early flight and weren't able to get the 500Php deposit for the key. So we called the manager a few days and she refunded the money to my bank account. All in all, we feel satisfied staying there. Pro tip: Book the room online as it is way cheaper than as a walk-in guest.
