Hotel was clean and room was clean. Shower pressure for water was low and wish it was stronger. When registering and asking for amenities, it was slightly frustrating since an employee did not speak English, had to call for another employee. Otherwise, I knew I was traveling in a different province of Thailand, the hotel suited me well and needed a clean place to travel with my pet. It was a necessary detail for me to have my pet with my travels.

Just too many things gone wrong~”
I booked this location because it was near the Dragon Park that I wanted to visit. Cold shower, no toilet paper replacement, ice cold (seriously, not room temperature... cold) eggs. I requested a quiet room, but the party came in and down the hall at midnight and no sleep was had, even after I asked them to be quiet twice) until 3:30 a.m.

bathroom basic,hot water tempermental,water in basin slow to drain away.lack of wall and floor tiling looked as though the bathroom was not finished.air con noisy even when on low.the room and bed were fine, i would return but would know what to expect! my first visit to suphan buri but it was nice to stay over in a clean and mondern hotel.

This hotel is suitable for everyone but the thing that the owner have to consider is reception. I booked this hotel around 3 mths before check-in date and ask for extra bed but when I arrived they said the extra bed were sold out. So 3 ppl had to rest in one bed. And the reception were so rude. The staff speaks poorly and uses insulting and expressive tone. The hotel should improve the etiquette of the staff.

Good Location, Clean Room, Downtown area, But the temperature in the bathroom is bad condition, cannot control. Service at front desk and operator is below average seem like not welcome customer. Staff at front concentrate on their mobile phone and listen to music. The rest is fine such as clean room, suitable price, location, parking all is good.

We stayed in that hotel because we wanted to visit the area and some on the murals in temples around the city. There is not much to say about it : it was clean and conveniently located, the staff is friendly but there is nothing particular about it,it's a bit impersonal, not an hotel with character or romantic ambiance !

Overall is good. Hotel is decorate with modern style with a board to control all electronic in the room, but the room itself is no sound prove at all. You can hear knock knock from next room and we got a room above hotel's pub, so it very noisy.

Get cancelled reservation”
when my whole family go to the south sea in Thailand, we always make a stop at Suphanburi and we only stay at this hotel. But for my third time of years to pass this province. i get a cancel which ruin my travel plan and they try to book me to other hotel i don't like and i also make a reservation for this hotel for 4 months but they still cancelled me anyhow cause they have a big group that book their hotel. Anyways! BEWARE YOU MIGHT GET A CANCLE TOO!. NO MORE FOR ME FOR THIS HOTELS. für immer TA TA!

The hotel has good price / quality ratio. Clean room, good bed, good food. Breakfast was mediocre. Quick check-in and check-out. Easy to park the car. Good for a quick overnight for business reasons.

Comfortable Room with great rainfall shower. The cool suite has a bed with a wooden ledge,takes a bit to get used to. Decent Breakfast menu. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly but they had major problems talking english. Only the manager spoke a few words, but was very hard to understand. The room was good but not very clean. Breakfast was also not a high fly. Good location, the bus station is right across the hotel.

Wifi not good in room. Room 307 would not connect even though router was 2 rooms away in hall. Water goes all over bath floor when taking shower; easy to fall getting out of shower.
