Very good hotel! ”
This is a very nice hotel. Staff are nice. Very clean. I like that the rooms are somehow separated from each other. You'll really have your privacy and terrace on your own. The only thing is that if your room is on the higher floors, you'll need to be fit and strong because you have to climb upstairs! I like that they also give you pocket wifi that you can use and carry with you anywhere. The restaurant also serves a great tasting pizza. Overall, I can't say anything bad about this hotel. This should be anyone's first choice if they want to visit Coron.

Great value for money”
If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the busy road in Coron with good scenery, this is definitely the hotel for you. We had such a great time because the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating plus their room is very well kept, comfortable and clean. It’s also true to it’s name “terraces” for they have a terraces like steps and room placement. I don’t recommend this though for those with difficulty climbing up stairs because there won’t be any elevators for you. But for my partner and I, this was part of Vela’s uniqueness and beauty.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends who would like to visit coron. We arrived late due to delayed flights schedule from Manila and the staffs are very welcoming, accommodating and very polite. The rooms are clean and spaceous. The morning buffet breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a nice 3 days stay in this hotel. ps: A big thank you for the last minute surprising and singing a birthday song to my husband! You made his birthday get away extra special!! 😘👌👍💞👏

Best Hotel in Coron”
We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, the hotel is very nice, they have clean rooms, very accommodating staffs, free welcome drinks, yummy Filipino buffet breakfast, and more. They also arranged our airport transfer for only 150/pax one way. Btw, The hotel is one tricycle away from the town proper. Overall experience is 5/5 ⭐️ highly recommendable and We’ll Surely book here again. 👍🏻😊

great hotel with awesome staff and quiet ”
A great stay at this hotel after staying at another here in Coron. Awesome staff was very friendly and attentive. A little bit away from town but if you walk down the street towards Mcdonalds can catch a trike for 50 pesos. The room was clean and roomy. Nice clean and big shower. AC works great and bed was very comfortable. Pocket wifi for every room and can take with you so you have wifi while touring around. also, they have cable, unlike our previous hotel. great value for the money spent. they will arrange to drop off to and from the airport and tours if needed. free breakfast which was yummy! overall highly recommended, just keep in mind it's on a hill and have to walk up a hill to your rooms. but you won't be disappointed, the staff will help with anything. thanks will be coming back here again in the near future.

Great choice for a first timer/solo Coron traveller!! ”
What made me love Vela Terraces was its ambiance and the very warm welcoming of of their staff. As a solo traveler and a first timer in Coron, it served as my home away from home for 4 days. Had a chat with the waiters, the front desk, and their chef – which made me felt more comfortable. Aside from that, it’s a walk away (if you love walking) from Mt. Tapyas and the town, so that’s also a plus! Will definitely go back to Coron and stay in Vela Terraces. Highly recommendable with its clean rooms, super accommodating/friendly staff, convenient location, good food, and, as what I’ve said, your home in Coron away from home.

We had a great 4 day stay at Vela Terraces. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Friendly and accomodating staff, clean facilities. We only have 2 concerns. The dreaded stairs. Our room was located on the 4th floor. We had to take the stairs everyday, i hope they couldve put small steps on the stairs. Most steps were very high. If you are travelling with small children, old people and handicapped this hotel is not recommended. Since they dont have elevators. In-house food is very expensive. Even if you buy 1 juice or bottled water you'll be charged with 12% VAT and 5%Service charge haha! But overall id give this hotel a 4 star rating total.

Everyone was really friendly and accomodating, from the front desk to the dining staff. The room and the hotel place is really clean. Breakfast is just okay, nothing extraordinary, but ordering the Creamy Garlic Chicken from their restaurant is a must. Although the town is around 8-10 minutes walk away, it is difficult to walk back to the hotel, especially at night. The only negative thing about the hotel is the flight of stairs to the room because they don’t have an elevator, but that is understandable because it seems that they just followed the natural terrain of the location. Will definitely stay here again if we go back, and would recommend it to everyone going to Coron. :)

The biggest standout during our stay was the front desk staff, Camille and Marvin! They were so accommodating and quick to attend to our requests. :) An update re the WiFi situation at the hotel: they now provide 1 pocket WiFi per room during your whole stay, at no extra cost! You can bring it with you even outside the hotel, and the WiFi signal is very good while in your room. Thank you Vela for the great stay!

Incredibly friendly staff that accompanied all of our needs. They even claimed back money from a taxi driver that scammed us. The Mangis restaurant serves delicious food and is waited by amazing, cute personnel. The room was spacious with balcony and was very clean. Would 100% stay there again.

The staff made our stay exceptional. They are very accommodating and sweet. Our favourite is Kuya Marvin. He is helpful and patient. We like the location as well. Not too far from the busy town but relatively close that we can walk or take a tricycle (which the front desk gladly calls for us). Only downside is the stairs. The steps can be unforgiving when you are tired (or drunk). Fortunately, the staff will definitely help you carry heavy things (ie. Luggage). They will also bring you breakfast in your room if you are hang over. Really exceptional customer service. We will come back again. 😊

One of the very few real deals for Coron”
Very highly recommended! Cleanness here is a paramount. surprised how well the staff were cleaning the rooms! Not Kidding! New rooms, New air cons, helpful staff, real 3* rooms. Do not put yourself off because of the stairs ... they are worthy when comes to what room you get. McDonald's in 2 minutes walk. Tricycle to proper in the range 15-20 pesos per head. Do not pay more - let them rip somebody else. If you need motorcycle rental - Boyet is the one i recommend. Great food in the restaurant. A bit high price on first sight, but after you taste ... just the right. Definitely would use again when back in Coron. Not suitable for disabled people due to steps climbing up. Do not have fridges in the rooms, however next month may have, so it wasn't a big issue.

Everything was great during our stay. Our room was very nice and the included breakfast was great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's about a 10-15 minute walk into town, or you can take a quick tricycle ride. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Coron.
