The place is ver convenient and just the same building where the Venice Grand Mall is at. So many restaurants and stores out side. Near SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street! Host was also very accommodating and considerate. Will surely comeback soon!

Near the Venice mall ”
Apartment was clean and tidy , comms with owner was first class . No safe in room however not a great problem as building is secure . Good shared pool with other nearby condos . A little dated on decor with poor lighting. But overall good value accommodation in this central area

Daxe's place is fantastic! I'd recommend it 7 days a week/55 weeks a year! Hard to find a similarly priced and located place in McKinley Hill. Keep up the good work!

It needs a lot to fix, rusted stove broken tissue holder, no toiletries and most of all lots of mosquitoes. The host doesn’t answer you in days.There is no place to keep your luggage while waiting for your flighty guy sorry but I’m not happy. I can’t recommend this to anyone

Venice Luxury Residences Not Recommended ”
Most of these private condos rented out in this complex surrounding Venice Grand Canal mall are subject to the whims of the owner. I was told I could not allow any of the friends I had invited to meet me (not to stay overnight) in the unit at all. Unit had no pillow covers for the sofa bed, and sheets were delivered after I checked in. Leak in the bathroom required me to use the sponge mop in the unit, but I gave up eventually. Agoda failed me by not informing me which of the eight towers or what unit I was assigned. I almost had to rent out of pocket when the concierge in the first tower I visited called most of the other towers and could not get anyone to confirm my name on their guest list. My call to the Agoda number listed in the Philippines was anwered with a "try again later" four times. Luckily my text message received a response. Agoda needs to fix this shortcoming of communicating what tower and unit you are renting from online customers (especially foreign ones like me.

Everything was perfect, well almost, there was no soap nor shampoo. I am not complaining as maybe there wasn't meant to be shampoo. I am just sounding out to the next occupant to be prepared. Other than that , it is safe, clean , staff were great, super convenient to the mall and lots of food outlets, 24 hr convenient stores around, Chowking is 24 hrs. Will come again. no doubt.

Host was very accomodating and the place was big for a studio type. But, with the price range the host should renovate the place and add design. Also, the water pressure was not good and the internet has a slow connection. We were not able to connect the netflix due to slow internet connection.

Great place to hang around the mall, at first I struggled to find the unit but after some helpful answers from the mall/parking guards it was easily located. Had a wonderful stay, and sure will come back. THANK YOU!

Disappointing”
Gave us a different room at the very last minute. Condo interior is not impressive. It looked like a college dorm. Furnitures were old, tacky and seemed as if they were just bought in a garage sale. Quite disappointing since the location is nice. There were small cockroaches and unwashed plates. Bed was uncomforable.
