                  Check-in was seamless, staff was friendly and helpful. The location was prime, a stone's throw to Deerfield beach life and a short drive to downtown Boca.
                  The air-conditioning unit was impressively audible, felt like a small space craft was launching when it switched on, BUT the place was kept nice and cool. For families with small children this may actual help to lull them off to sleep.

                  The staff could have been more accommodating. We needed an early check in… they helped us out. We need a later check out. They again helped us out. Through it all everyone we interacted with… were nice and friendly. We have nothing bad to say about the staff and the accommodations.
                  We liked everything. All of it. If I had to pick something… the furniture and decor seemed a little dated but that’s nitpicking. Everything was great and hope we can stay there again.

                  Very clean and quiet location. We had an amazing time in our 3 bedroom villa. My children had enough space to move around comfortably. Beach access is directly across the street and pool area was conveniently located by our living room balcony.

                  I loved that the parents' room was on a separate floor than the kids' room! Very nice place that included all the amenities we needed and located only a five-minute drive from 7-11 for anything extra we wanted.
                  We were disappointed that we couldn't see the beach directly from the rental -- we unfortunately didn't have time to explore nearby. We weren't crazy about the soap for the shower, but that was the only thing we needed to replace ourselves from what was included in the room.

                  The property is convenient to the beach with just a short walk. We were able to walk to restaurants. Grocery is close by. The condo itself is very large. The beach is private and quiet. We will come back.
                  The bathrooms could be updated but still a great place to stay.

                  Location was very good walkable to beach and bars! Liked how the beach was private so it was not very crowded. Rooms were very clean and we were able to check in early. Check out was very easy as well. A very good stay and we will defiantly be back!
                  There were a few things that we didn’t like. The tv was very choppy. And also the chairs and umbrella provided were not very good.
