Cheap and cheerful”
Room was basic but you get what you pay for. Larger than most and worth the price paid. Large bathroom with shower, warm not hot water. Hair dryer. Kettle. No water coffee or tea although they said it was Included. Paid 10k for bottle water. Washroom smelled a bit like sewage. Worst part was the air conditioning that didn't really work to keep the room cool, however they had a good fan to compensate. Good area with lots of coffee and a great local market close by.

Poorly maintained room”
Mattress to thin, not comfortable. The rooms are really small, unclean and lacks space to even put the luggage. There is no hot water, and bathroom is not clean. Aircon also not working.

Terrific hotel I stayed more days”
The room is very big with a fridge, minibar, and they have cable tv with hundreds of local and foreign channels that not all hotels subscribe. Nice friendly location, close to shopping centers, and you can park your cars in front to unload your luggages (you can’t park your car on the left side at the hotels center or Japanese district so you will have to carry the luggages across the street yourself) or you can park for free inside the huge parking space.

The room is quite big and have cable tv with foreign channels that not all hotels subscribe. The only downside is there aren’t staff to help you with your luggage like at other places. Good location, close to shopping centers, not always under construction like quan 1, and you can park your cars in front or inside the huge parking space.

Expensive for what it offers”
Hotel doesn't have facilities for disabled or mothers with children, e.g. ramp for wheelchair to go up the lobby stairs. Hotel cafe has been closed since Covid, but never updated it's info or informed guests. The hotel doesn't have hot water shower despite complaining there times. The reception just said to wait for the water to heat but it never did. The towels were torn. There was no free water. Paying the most expensive rate doesn't guarantee you the best room with the wide window view on the photos. Despite having a closed cafe upstairs, the reception didn't bother offering some bowls and utensils when we ordered noodles in soup, which only came in plastic bags. Would not come back again.

So disappointing! ”
We travelled Vietnam with two young kids and this was the worst place we had stayed. Nowhere is it mentioned that their restaurant is closed and the terrace is abandoned. They advertise they are very close to the airport but with the always heavy traffic you have count 30-40mins. Had we known all that in advance we would have chosen a different hotel, so many hotels around! At check out they were trying to charge us for bottled water which was supposed to be free and made the whole process unpleasant, stressful and unnecessarily long. Our kids were playing in the lobby during that time and my younger accidentally pushed a glass ashtray off the coffee table and it smashed. We were told to pay 50.000 for it and the receptionist was very rude and aggressive towards us. We would not come back or recommend this hotel to anybody, I’m sure there are nicer places to stay in Ho Chi Minh!

- Ưu: phòng to, thoải mái, đầy đủ nội thất, nhân viên nhiệt tình, có máy nóng lạnh - Nhược: mùi cống trong nhà vệ sinh rất khó chịu mặc dù đã bật thông gió xuyên suốt, vệ sinh sạch sẽ nhưng mùi thì không dễ chịu. Phòng không cách âm, nghe rõ cả những phòng khác nói chuyện.
