The location of the hotel is rather in a small road, around 20 meters, the hotel staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very good and there are many menu choices, around the hotel there are many food vendors, culinary and mini markets, the location is very strategic. location in the old Quarter.

This was a great hotel experience in Vietnam - excellent value for the price! Everything was very clean, room was comfortable and nice, and wardrobe space was great. Had daily housekeeping. Good location - in a cute alley with easy access by walking or motorbike to many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping, close to the lake. Staff were a highlight - the woman running the hotel was very helpful and made everything a breeze, plus she's super funny! Breakfast was also great, nice buffet selection of fruits breads and juices plus a made to order menu of eggs, French toast, etc. Only thing we would change is the double bed was two twin mattresses that would get a decent size space between them so you couldn't sleep in the middle/each had to be on your own mattress. But other than that an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The property cannot be a 4.9 for sure. Bathrooms are stinky and moldy. Room has stains on the walls. Absolutely no ventilation present -AC hardly works. All gadgets are manually controlled - switch on the geyser via a switch, switch on the non-working ac via a switch, control each light with a switch and use a physical key to enter the room. Location is inside a small dingy alleyway. The staff are super friendly and approachable - the only positive about this hotel

I really want to say, what I saw in review same i felt in this hotel and all credit goes to Jenny. Trust me she is one man army since the day we reached, till the day we left she was always there for everything we need. You will get assistance 24X7. we reached early in the morning however we get paid for that wich is natural but she accomodated us without any hassle. I would recommend everyone to stay here if you are staying in Hanoi. Love and we'll wishes from India Regards Ankit Ashesh

I stay for 3 nights. The housekeeping didn’t change the bed sheets since the 1st day of my check-in because I found the stains & hair on the bedsheet when in check-in & I even thought make a small marking on the bedsheet & is there for 3days. The same goes with the toilet, didn’t clean it just change the towels only.
