Aside of a tiny room, which is not "wrong" in general in terms of the hotels in Japan, nothing really came bad. The water pressure, airconditioning, air prifier, hot/cold water and bath, bidet, amenities, all the small and big things, everythign was ready. They do provide welcome drink and snacks for free during certain times, so you may relax at the 1st floor before rushing into the room. It is 1 minute away from the subway station and literally located just in front of the entrance of Nakasu red-light area. There are tons of good restaurants and convenience stores just around corners and in general, this hotel does not cost you that much. My 2 visits have been fantastic with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Enormous Kindness From Staffs!”
Their enormous patience, kind understanding and tenacity to get things right with their guests is most impressive and commendable! Certainly commands respect from their peers in the 5 Star Hospitality business. I lost my wallet with all my money in it, including my iPhone and couldn’t be more lost and distressed! The staffs tireless efforts to get in touch with my embassy and the Airlines is beyond words and gratitude. They were so Lovely and Wonderful. Very Professional Front Reception Staffs.”
The Front staffs are very courteous and professional. Toyama san is so efficient, friendly and makes every effort to ensure that his guests are comfortable and right at home. The housekeeping though has to be more considerate towards guests in the morning by not making too much noise, including slamming the doors and banging things around.

The rooms might be small but Toyama and his staffs have bigger hearts and better Professional Services than most 5 Stars Hotels! i stayed at this hotel for three days. it was about the same size as other japanese city hotels. though small, i was satisfie with breakfast, cleaning, and the kindness of the lobby staff. the price is rather low. i want to stay here the next time if i visit fukuoka.

Great service and location”
Very near the railroad station. I lost my computer power adaptor at the room and head to Osaka, after a phone call to them, they help send to my stay place at Osaka paid on delivery. I think that`s fair enough. So overall I am happy to stay with this place, and I will stay at this hotel next time when I travel for sure. Small area but five start service! Good job

Don't book a budget room”
If you don't mind being jammed into a room with no room to move, this is a good place to stay. We did chose a budget room so from reading other reviews, some of the others are larger. The staff were very friendly, the place very clean and we were amazed to find some free sweet treats, soft drink and good coffee available from 2 pm plus a supper from 9 pm. If you were willing to wait for the supper, or maybe have a snack earlier, there is unlimited rice with various toppings, so you could save money on dinner. I I would recommend staying here as long as you choose one of the bigger rooms.

Great location. Just 2 metro stops from Hakata JR Shinkansen. 4 Block from Canal City Mall, 2 blocks from the Canal. Food is great all around. So my friends, I had a great stay. Staff is top notch and they will answer your questions. .

Great hotel, looks exactly like on the photos. Perfect location, only 3 min to train station and right in the middle of restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and there is even welcome sweets, plus you can get a free cup ramen at night if your hungry.

Great Hotel”
A great hotel in the located in a great place. You are close to a subway line, so easy access to other parts of Fukuoka as well as rest of Japan (thru Hakata Station). The rooms are narrow and about the standard Japanese size. The breakfast was great I can't complain there. The staff wasn't too comfortable with English, but you can get your point across or use Google Translate.

Child-friendly Hotel in good location”
While the rooms are small, this hotel offers everything you need. The service is excellent, we could even borrow a stroller and get diapers for our baby. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended!

I stayed for the price around 6000yen. I think it is the lowest price for this hotel because it was on that day that I booked. With that price, I fully satisfied. It was a really small room, you can't have a closet but the thin hook with a hanger. You can't have enough space to spread your suitcase. But you know it just enough for one night. I definitely can say that this place is just perfect for going around for somewhere nice, somewhere to drink.

The location is walking distance to the Yatai and Canal City. Room was clean and updated however 2 adults and 1 child is not enough space for a double bed so I suggest booking a larger room. Overall, it was good enough for quick trips and if you are not planning to stay in the hotel the whole day.

I absolutely love love love this plave! its the only place i stay at when i go to fukuoka. the location staff everything is just well thought out and perfect. one thing i noticed this time was that the room was a bit dusty. but other than that, no complaints! (5th or 6th time staying here)

Pros: - few steps from nakasu kawabata station - walking distance to canal city (exit 5) - near tenjin - room is equipped with everything you need (toiletries, face mask, cleansing oil, facial wash, sponge bath, even shoe shine, room spray) - strong internet connection - room is always clean - unli drinks from late afternoon til late evening (coffee, softdrinks, various teas) - free snacks in the afternoon and rice toppings in the evening - Walking distance to yatay street stalls Cons: - better if there’s english channel like hbo or fox movies & cnn Staffs are all courteous like any other locals in the city. We’ll definitely go back 🤗
