Gem of a hotel”
The hotel is located in a very central area and very close by to the subway and few stations away from Sapporo central. You can get everything around here from food, shopping to beautiful parks. Over to the hotel, I have visited Japan before and I have not stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. The staff were very friendly, professional and even explained to me how to get around. The bed was very comfy and the morning shower was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for SOLO travellers or couples who are visiting Sapporo .

Stayed for 2 nights, and love the cleanness, quietness, and freshness. Walking distance to the famous TANUKI KOJI pedestrian streets for shopping and restaurants in Sapporo. Top-grade seafood breakfast, and a total relaxing room. You can reserve a hotel parking space at the rear entrance of the hotel at a cheap price. Perfect for our road trip in Hokkaido.

Great hotel for family with kids”
Location: less than 100m from elevator access to Nakajima-koen subway station. Lawson convenient store across the road. roughly 1000yen taxi ride from sapporo station. Room: nicely design, clean, new and spacious. We had a twin double bed room, and the beds were large and comfortable for 2 adult and 2 kids to sleep on. Air control system was very capable, cool/heat instantly no non-sense, and humidifier with deodorizing function was very handy. Bathroom is very well designed and kids friendly with bathtub that fills quickly and control temperature very well. Also, the drainage system is just great, it is able to clean off the flood and dry the mess after kids play in the bathtub in mere minutes without us having to do anything. Kids under 18 stay for free. Service: not your typical hotel in a way that cleaner will not come-in everyday, but that is no problem at all. We leave things we want the cleaner to take away such as mug, towel, garbage bag in front of our room before we leave hotel each day, then they leave stuff in a bag for us when we return. Without people going into our room, there is peace of mind for us not having to put stuff away, or worry that somethings are taken while we went out. Extra amenities at the lobby is great touch and very thoughtful, especially for family with kid(s). Staff: special thanks to front desk staff for helping us with many things. most notably for booking a cab to CTS airport on our last day, and manage to get a big discount that make the taxi ride cheaper than total cost of taking JR train. You guys are great, thanks again!

Perfect Stay”
Location: The hotel is 1 minute's walk to a Times Rental where we returned our car. It is also a minute away from the subway with elevator access for people with heavy luggage, and about an hour to New Chitose Airport. The underground shopping malls (Pole/Aurora), Susukino area, Sapporo TV Tower and Tanukikoji shopping street are all within 10-15 minutes' walk. Check in was quick and easy and we could leave our luggage with the hotel before our check-in time and also for a couple hours after we checked out to grab a meal before heading to the airport. Staff were friendly and professional, and there were many room supplies by the lobby that we could pick and choose from (shampoos, soaps, bath salts, etc). There was also a refreshments area with cold and hot drinks. We did not choose the breakfast option but would have done so in hindsight as they are top rated in the country for the breakfast. The room was clean and new, but not very big. Microwave, vending and ice machines are a plus

This Hotel Has Everything”
Space is a bit tiny, but bigger compared to other Tokyo Hotels we've stayed before. Everything is clean and smells clean. Staff is great. We were there during COVID-19 times and they allowed us to cancel our first booking for free despite it being noncancelable. They did not give us a hard time. It is also walking distance to the metro and major tourist spots. When we decided to push through with our travel we didn't think twice of booking with them and we are happy to stay there. This hotel has everything we need and more. Thank you, Vessel for our great stay!

The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff gentiz and smiling, the coffee gives delicious morning, the wonderful mechidos eggs. The location is excellent, the free drinks at the reception is fantastic, coffee and tea a delight, the varied and wonderful amenities. Repeated stay at Vessel Inn Sapporo Nakajima Park”
Stayed here in 2019. Chose a bigger room this time time with 2 semi double beds and 1 single bed. Room was bigger, though most of the space was occupied by the beds. We had 3 big luggages and 2 cabin sized luggages and they had to be opened one at a time. The sheets also did not cover the entire bed, leaving the mattresses exposed. Breakfast was great as always. However, this Vessel Inn does not offer Ofuro (Public Bath). The other Vessel Inn at Susukino does.

One of the best hotel”
The hotel is highly conveniently situated near Nakajimakoen subway and Lawson. Walking distance to heart of Sapporo like Susukino and Sapporo Station. Rooms are clean and we're provided with tons of amenities. Hotel also provides samples for ladies, from facial wash to onsen powder. There's also table for business travelers who want to use laptop. One bad thing about this hotel is the weird smell inside the toilet and the water seems to stuck in bathtub drain. However, I won't hesitate to stay here again in future if i visit Hokkaido.

Comfortable and nice”
Our room was clean and comfortable, and spacious compared to our Tokyo hotel. I took a bath since the bath was so nice. The hotel provides many lovely extras in your room or if you ask. We did do the breakfast one morning - it has something for everyone. It was not crowded and we did not have to wait even though it was a Saturday morning. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here recently for 3 nights with my wife and totally impressed with the hotel. Everything about the hotel was top class. The buffet breakfast is everything other reviewers say it is - wide choice, good quality and stations quickly replenished (of course leans more towards Japanese cuisine). Staff, especially at the the front desk just can’t do enough for you. Big thanks to Ms Kyo (Tyo ?) who even walked us to a nearby restaurant in the snow one evening!!! In terms of room, we stayed in premier twin which was very spacious with decent sized bathroom. Location wise also excellent as it is only a 1 min walk from Nakajimakoen subway station. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. A bit squeeze for a family of 4, but it's normal for typical japanese hotel rooms. Must include their breakfast when you staying at this hotel. Seafood breakfast is amazing 😋

Very nice hotel and good location”
Nearby JR station Nakajima Keon and airport bus stop. From the airport to the hotel, make sure to take the bus which bound for Sapporo downtown for yen 1100. It may take one and half hour journey. Staff hotel offered me some rewards if I did not want the room to be cleaned, and the house keeping did replace the towels and toiletries in front of the door daily. I left my belongings and the hotel staff helped me to get my stuff back. Thanks Vessel Inn Nakajima Park.....

It’s close to the city centre and there’s a scenic park just across the street. Their breakfast was great with different Hokkaido dishes. The room is spacious to put 4 luggage. If you have ski board along, this will be enough.
