Good location as it's near the Moriyama train station. Room is comfortable. Though, most of the counter staff unable to converse in english but can see that they are trying. Particularly, one staff was exceptionally helpful to extend his excellent service by printing page by page clear direction of the place i intend to visit. I m certainly impressed for his amazing service! 100 marks with star!

We enjoyed the hotel room and facilities very much. The attention to detail is impressive. The sense of space is excellent. I will recommend the hotel to all of my friends who would be visiting Moriyama area. The Sagawa museum was a real surprise, a fantastic architecture and a sophisticated show. Compared to hotels in larger cities, this hotel is a bit too expensive (almost 30% higher but still in low season). Restaurant downstairs is very good though.

Staff were very polite and helpful, especially helping me with directions and addresses. Room was small but typical of Japanese hotels and at least the toilet and shower area were separate which we liked. There was also a coin laundry on the 4th floor along with complimentary hot drinks which was very convenient. Hotel was also right next to the JR station, making it a convenient location if you’re planning to go about by train. As we were driving, parking was right next to the hotel and wasn’t too much of a hassle. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

夏休みの家族旅行で利用しました。 まだ新しくて清掃が行き届いており、大変気持ち良く利用出来ました。ダイエーも近くにあり、提携駐車場も裏手にあり、さらに駅近です。利便性は抜群に良かったです。チェックアウトしてから忘れ物に気付いたのですが、すぐにスタッフの方が連絡をくれて助かりました。一階のパン屋さんで朝食も取れました。また、利用したいと思います。

エアコン設定が悪かったのか 足元が冷えて風呂に何度も入りました。寒い日だったので 余計に暖まり難くかったのかも。風呂の水勢も弱く お湯が溜まるまで時間が掛かったのが少し残念でした。
