Location is just outside the train station. Breakfast spread is good and they also serve light snacks for free during the day.

Unfair treatment”

Check in date was treated unfair with the 2 women behind the counter. Very unwelcome Failed to give us proper keys for 3 rooms 6 guests Did not informed all the amenities,except for breakfast only. I spoke fluent japanese, that is why i thought they have favoritism when it comes to guest. I heard all the conversations with other guest,while i was waiting to request for 3 more keys. The japanese guest was given all the amenities information including the welcome drink upon arrival. My group was given 3 keys only,and i felt like i had to begged them for extra keys.

Very helpfull staff (Okana and omato ) . Made our stay very pleasant. They are truly assets to vessel inn. Hopefully I will come back to Japan and stay there again.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff if you cannot speak or understands Japanese. The TV in the room only has Japanese channels. Though the remote control has a 2nd language button, there was no 2nd language for all of the programs. Effectively, no TV program for people who do not understand Japanese.

Friendly Staff; Across from Subway”

This is a very local hotel across from the subway line. It’s also end of the buses for several lines. Convenience shops around. Nice local retail shops. The room is relatively big and the bathroom is clean. There’s a self-service laundry facility. But I have to say the staff is so friendly and kind. You can tell they’re not ready to help make your stay more enjoyable.

コロナで帰省を控えたので、せめて旅行気分をと思い今回初めて利用させて頂きました。実は普段から週末この近くのネットカフェや個室DVDなどを頻繁に利用していたのですがホテルと言うだけで高いイメージがあったので選択肢にすら入れてませんでした。まず驚いたのが値段の安さと快適さに行き届いたサービスでなぜ今まで利用しなかったのか後悔したくらいです。今後も連休の時は利用させて頂きたいと思っております。

前日予約で、agodaで最も安くて宿泊しました。以前、滋賀のvessel innで泊まった時に良かったので、他のvessel innもいつか泊まってみたいと思っていました。ロケーションはバッチリですよね。 もし難点を言うとすれば、壁がもうちょっと厚いと良いですね。隣の部屋にお子さんがいたのか、声が聞こえるのと壁にぶつかるとこちらの壁も振動を感じます。あとは、氷のアイスペールにトングがついていなかったことですかね。 滋賀ではオフシーズンだったからか、アップグレードして下さって、フロトイレ別の部屋で、ゆったりお風呂に入れて良かったです（今回はフロトイレ一緒でしたが、その料金しか払っていないので当然ですが）。 12歳以下の子供は朝食が無料なのもうれしいですね！

連泊での利用でした。 館内清掃を省力化することで環境保全に取り組んでいるとのことで、ベッドメイクが不要な場合はタオルだけ交換します、とのことで、協力しました。 新しいタオルを受け取る時にミネラルウォーター1本がもらえました。 朝食はバイキングスタイルでどちらかと言えば和食が充実していました。マグロやネギトロ類など海鮮メニューがありますが、 無くなる前にきちんと補充されていました。 夜の23時までドリンクバーが使えるのもよかったです。

お世話になりました”

最高のロケーションでした。 駅前にあるので、夜ごはんの選択肢も増えて、妻もいつもよりお酒を多く飲め、ほろ酔いの妻を見て私も嬉しく思いました。

自己内省の旅の拠点として”

駅近でありとても利用しやすい スタッフも清掃さんもみなさんとても 頑張り屋さんでその細かなあらゆる事がとても居心地の良い時間でした。 来月から職場が異動になります。 その際の気分転換にまた利用できれば嬉しいです。

スタッフの対応がよかった。”

綺麗で、シングルでもベッドが広かったです。 クーラーがないので、部屋のダイアルで管理してるので少し暑かったですが、スタッフに言ったところ、涼しくしてくれました。 たわいもない話も聞いてくれてすごく親切でした。また八千代行った際は利用したいと思います。

トイレの匂い以外は◎”

トイレから配管の古い匂いがずっとしていたのが、残念だった。 しかし、ロケーション、スタッフ、清潔さ等も考えれば、この周辺では、このホテル一択だと言い切れます！
