Great service with premium price ”
I was staying with kids at the harbour suite. The staff helped us a lot from checkin. luggage and day to day cleansing, they were proactive and eager to assist. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling with families, especially for a long stay due to house renovation like us. It’s definitely a worth while choice to pick, and close location to apm and harbourfront promenade, with excellent service. Special thanks to Mr Alan Wong working on the front desk for prompt arrangement :)

Very relaxing hotel away from the chaos”
A very good hotel that provided free shuttle to nearest MTR. Everything was perfect and cleanliness was spot on. Only extra thing they should include is breakfast but it wasn't a problem as plenty of restaurants serving breakfast within 1 minute of hotel

Room is spacious and very clean . Staff is very helpful. We statyed in 29th Floor and we had very good harbour view . It's 5-8 mins walk from ngau Tau kok metro station.

Friendly and efficient staff. Location is a little further away from the known tourist area of Kowloon but still very accessible as it is only a few steps from the MTR. Best hotel for families.
