New hotel in North Point. Everything about this hotel is great, I have lodged on 2 occasions and both times were perfect. Location is convenient, close to the MTR and the ferry. The entrance is quite secluded, behind the famous Tung Po restaurant, or can get inside also through the shopping mall. Lobby/Concierge service also quite helpful as they will bring you upstairs on 2/F for check-in counters. The rooms are very newly refurbished, with all the amenities. Mini bar drinks are all for free which is a plus. The washroom is also amazing, with marble surface, which makes the experience even better. Bed is super comfortable. Really recommend it to everyone who wishes to be in the less busy districts of Hong Kong Islanc. I've signed up the membership as soon as I check-ed out of the hotel, hope that their membership offers can become better and better as I plan to come back often.

A beautiful hotel, wonderful and obliging staff.”
Beautiful hotel. Our room had a stunning view over the harbour. Very modern and clean rooms. The pool was amazing. It overlooked the city and it was very relaxed. Breakfast was fabulous with many options. The hotel is away from the Central area, but the free shuttle bus got us where we needed to go. We had to leave early on the last day and had to forgo our breakfast. The staff organised a simple breakfast box and was very attentive to us to ensure we got a taxi. I would love to return to this hotel.

Everything is Perfect”
Very new hotel at North Point. Just a 3-minute walk from the MTR station. This hotel is operated by big corporation with grand interior design. Facilities are very outstanding - nice swimming pool, well-equipped gym and sauna room. Rooms are considered quite spacious in Hong Kong and the most attractive point is its perfect sea view from every single room. I felt so cozy and comfortable staying there and I would stay again next month when I visit Hong Kong. You should have a try and I am sure you will be more than satisfied with such high CP value.

Beautiful hotel, but only go when no more Covid restrictions and smaller crowds”
This is a gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms, pool, fitness center, rooftop bar. BUT do not stay there now. With everyone doing staycations, the hotel is not equipped to handle the mobs of people as well as enforce Covid restrictions. An enormous queue to check in meant more than 1.5 hours standing in the lobby, and it took until after 6pm to be able to enter the room - so that's almost 3 hours wasted just checking in. You're asked to make a booking for breakfast, yet the queue to enter took almost 4O minutes! Guests can only use the pool once, for less than 1 hour, and only if you manage to book a slot before check in or otherwise it's full and you'll be turned away. For me, sitting by the gorgeous infinity pool was the sole reason to book here - otherwise why bother leaving home just to go sit in a different room for a change - so I was disappointed. Yes, it's Covid's fault, yet it's best to wait until all the facilities can be enjoyed without long queues or restrictions.

Affordable Harbour Front Luxury Hotel in NP”
In this pandemic time, its surprising to see a lot of weekenders enjoying in this hotel but its good to see that the hotel is well prepared as well. They observe regular sanitation of the lift and commonly used facilities, and even gave guests an option to take out their complimentary breakfast and eat it on their rooms although i still prefer then to control occupancy rate at a given time . Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed when we were there due to government social distancing restrictions. So always check SD restictions before booking. I can't count how many times i have stayed in this hotel anymore. With it's modern stylish interiors ,panoramic views and great amenities, its just our family's usual choice for staycations and special occasions in Hong Kong. Not only it has an infinity pool , gym and bar but also has a wide selection of restaurants and shops on its podium level (the mall). The hotel's location is perfect for tourist as well, just few steps away from North Point Mtr Station and the Ferry Pier that connects busy district to a lot more tourist attractions.

Great hotel on HK Island”
Room sizes were pretty spacious for Hong Kong standards. Rooms had amazing views, even the lowest rate rooms and all basic amenities (towels, safe, hair dryer). Hotel amenities were amazing with pool (lap pool-like, small and crowded on the day/time we went), restaurants, and free shuttle to HK Station for Airport Express train, Central, and Tai Koo Shing). Located 1 block from North Point MTR station, 2 blocks from King's Road (main street with bus lines and tram line) and 2 blocks from bus terminal with A11 bus to airport. A12 (departing from HKG) also stops 1 block from hotel. A12 (returning to HKG) is on King's Road 2blocks away. Shops and food right outside. Also building a mall right next door and shopping mall on ground floor with designer shops. Overall very satisfied and would definitely stay sgain.

Staffs are super warm”
My first positive impression to this hotel was from a female staff that leading us to the front desk and briefly introduce the hotel facilities. She gave us some advises as well. This differentiated hyatt’s customer service itself. Front desk staffs are super attentive and polite. Staffs in the swimming pool are energetic, helpful and attentive. They organised their pool very well which brought us wonderful experience. The dinner buffet, unfortunately, was terrible in terms of food choices and tastes. Reservation service was awful and needed to ask twice so the staff would unwillingly offer you the window side table. One male staff told me window side was with booking but hey, did I also make the same reservation? Female staffs have much better attitude instead. Overall experience was good, if I did not go to the dinner buffet. However, breakfast is a must try. Much better than dinner surprisingly.

Brand New Hotel. Extremely Friendly and Helpful Staff”
New hotel and I really like the modern interior. Everything is clean, tidy, and spotless. Well impressed with the customer service level. The staff are super helpful, friend, and resourceful. I would recommend this hotel if you travel to Hong Kong. The location is 5 minutes away from MTR and lots of restaurants opened during nightime. Good for value.

Four day city break ”
Fantastic location right on the water. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. 200m walk to the MTR station. Room was nice and clean also had everything you could need. Hotel breakfast was great. Nice roof top bar and pool. We’ll stay here again when returning to HK it was perfect for us and our needs.

Refreshing staycation for one”
The hotel is conveniently located within three minutes walking distance from North Point MTR. Well appointed comfortable rooms. I had an enjoyable experience accessing the lounge for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Kudos to the staff and the lounge for the excellent service - they were attentive and remembered my room number each time I arrived :)

900 days celebration ”
The hotel was so lovely to accommodate our request of an early check in as my boyfriend and I started the day early. It was so comfortable to stay at and staffs are very lovely and helpful! And we came back to a treat for our special celebration which warmed our hearts! We would definitely return for more!!! It was a great experience!

It was second time here at Hyatt centric north point , it was perfect, at first I emailed them to request for early check in and late check out , and the reply and service was quite fast and helpful. As usual , friendly staff and the room itself is very clean and big and with complete amenities. Very much recommended. Will come here again and again.

We stayed for a night (staycation) - Nov.2,2020. We booked for 2 Twin Harbour View. Excellent hotel”
From the street throughout common areas were impressive in presentation. The room fit out was exceptional and well appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Larry Tsang The beverage and catering manager treated us with respect and provided exceptional service everyday. Had a great stay - would absolutely come back again. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-designed. The property and pool are wonderful. The signage directing you through the lower levels to the hotel is a little confusing, but not unmanageable. Easy transport from airport via Airport Express and MTR.

It's excellent”
Even we only stayed for one night but it was excellent, we booked the deluxe room in east wing which is very nice with great view of the city and complete amenities. The location is just opposite of the North Point MTR station entry and next to the fery port, very convenient to go anywhere from here. Addition on this the breakfast menu is very nice with plenty of choices. It was an excellent and peaceful stay.

Staff are helpful and proficient in answering our enquiries. Hotel is clean and has great sea facing view. Hotel is conveniently located and just less than 5 mins walk to Northpoint BTS. You will be able to find eateries and restaurants along the way to Fortress Hill.

Had the best time in hyatt. Room very clean and staff very patient, we asked for room service sereval times and they were very helpful. They provided a goodie bag for birthday as well! Nice view and location! Definitely going back soon
