The cons: 1. Location; it is quite isolated 2. Small car park; unless you come back to the hotel in the afternoon, there won't be any free parking spaces 3. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay, only fresh towels are provided 4. The breakfast room is small, and the menu limited 5. The rooms are not really sound proof, and unless you are on the top floor (3rd floor), you will hear every sound made by the floor above

No air conditioning unless you figure how to flip the breakers on. Rooms were noisy. Could not leave the windows open although the rooms were hot, due to noisy restaurant below. Cheap, thin hand towels only in the bathroom. Hard pillow and bed. The bed was pushed up against a wall so one person had to crawl into the bed. Front desk were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was included but it didn't include coffee. That had to be bought at their cafe, and that was lousy. There was very good coffee in the town area not far away. Lastly, not enough parking for the place and the hotel didn't even seem full.

I booked 4 nights stay before any review can be found. The reason are not many choices at last minute, the price and I actually planned to rent a car. Unfortunately, the car rental was rejected as we do not have a international driving permit on top our Singapore driving licence. We took an hour plus bus to get to the nearest bus stop and found no sign of hotel from there. We ask for help with our body language and the booking sheet. To our surprise, there is only the hotel address without telephone number. None of the people we approached there knew the hotel. Jeju people are very friendly and helpful. Finally an off shift taxi driver checked the address and brought us there free of charge! We arrived the hotel with the thinking of it is the start of our nightmare. To our surprise, it turn out to be the best hotel we ever stay! Jeff host us like a friend visited his house, he claimed himself as the slave of the hotel, we thought it should be his family business. He help us bargain a taxi for our trip. Our itinerary is prearranged by Jeff and the driver. Although the driver can't speak English, our trip is still fun without problem. When we wish for any changes, the driver will call Jeff for translation. Regarding the meal, the menu only had charcoal grilled pork and seafood. We wonder how can we survived for 4 nights. Jeff took special care for guest staying more than 1 nights by offering custom make dish. He would asked what we like to eat and suggested the menu for us. Breakfast is rice and with korean dishes and there are few new dishes everyday. We are looking forward for our delicious breakfast and dinner everyday. The last day, Jeff arranged to send us to airport free of charge as they are picking up guests in return trip. Superb service and great value for money. We miss the hotel and Jeff very much. We will definitely stay there if we ever go Jeju again. Highly recommend to everyone, even without car.

New but....”

I've booked two rooms for 3 nights, one was double and the other was deluxe double. But I've found no different between these two rooms!! Then what was the reason for the deluxe one much expensive?? The other problem is, the deluxe room was not tidy up everyday but the other was! We've reflected the problem to the staff in the morning on second day but still!!

Cozy hotel nestled in the forested area”

the location of jeju hue is truly off the beat tracks and it not recommended if you are not driving in the island of jeju. with proper gps navigation, you shouldn't have any problem locating the hotel. it is the right place if you are looking quiet surroundings with lots of nature and greenery around. the hotel serves chargrill korean bbq dinner which I didn't try. staffs are friendly. a small little convenience stall managed by the hotel. if you need more necessities, do get them before you make your way to the hotel.

Not what we expected”

This hotel is not what we expected. The pictures are not what the room actually looked like. The bed was extremely hard, even for a Korean bed, and did not have a top sheet, only a bottom sheet and a thin blanket. The location is not good since the hotel is located near nothing. Its not bad if you have a car, but there is literally nothing around the hotel. They do have a good size convenient store on the property. Parking is limited as well and we had to double park our car. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Jeff spoke English very well and was very friendly.

Nice resort quietly tucked away in the country”

The stay was pleasant for our family of 4. It was recently opened and was very clean. There's also ample parking space for guests. It's modelled after Korean studio apartments, and will function perfectly as a family holiday chalet as there are many self-catering facilities are catered to guests (e.g. a fully equipped kitchen on every level). Bath towels were not provided for guests, only face towels. They explained that it was because the hotel is newly opened and was not fully ready until July. However, the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. The futon provided on the second storey was too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably in. It is perhaps more suitable for 1 adult as it was only slightly larger than the size of a single bed. There is only 1 dining place, and guests might want to have their meal outside for more food choices before visiting the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for all of us, with serene surroundings which is desirable for a relaxing vacation stay.

Good place to stay to vist Seongsan”

Decided to stay at this resort as it's near Seongsan (6-7km away) and we planned to go Seongsan to see sunrise. You must have a car to stay here as there's totally nothing around the resort. They've a convenience store near lobby. Overall, this is more like a family resort place where most of the customers are Koreans. They have a common pantry at each floor where u can get water, cook small meals, etc. Room is huge and spacious. There's a double bed and a "tatami" bed on the attic. Overall clean room except that I spotted some dried blood stain on the quilt blanket. We have nothing much to eat for breakfast as we woke up late on Day 1 (630am to 9am). At 845, left only minimal Korean food..But if you're ok with having Korean food for breakfast, then you should be fine. Driving to other attractions at the west coast takes more than 1 hour. We drove from Lotte Hotel area to the resort for around 1hr 40mins. Overall, stay at this resort if you want have a car and ok to drive far (min. 30 mins) to visit other attractions apart from those on the East Coast of Jeju.

Good environment, big room, quiet place”

It located inside the mountain which has to pass through a small road to reach there, no bus stop nearby and the road is lightless at night so it is not recommended if you are not driving there. Free parking is provided. Maybe the resort is quite new, it cannot be search by GPS unless you have the full address. The resort environment is good. The staff is very friendly and one of them provided a detailed introduction to us in English when we arrived. And they also help us to order Fried chicken delivery to hotel. The only thing is a bit strange for us is, the air-con is not allowed to open and the staff explained that the wheather in May is still cool so due to environmental friendly, no air-con is provided. It is understandable as Korean use to have this habit for environmental friendly, but just, as foreigner, it is just too strange to open up the window at night in hotel.

exclusive quality yet affordable. thumbs up!”

we arrive to this place at night (by driving), its quite dark along the way (to reach the resort) - so if anyone interested with the resort, try to make it before sunset. but as you woke up in the morning & drive to tourism destinations near by, you notice the area surrounding the resort (which dark & quiet at night is rather peaceful & nice!). the GM, jeff can speak fluent english and he promised us for variety of vegetarian selection for breakfast in the morning - noticing that me & my wife are muslim. the room are simply great since its a brand new hotel. you can tell by it scent. big LCD tv (probably 50 inch), nice bathroom, heater / aircond facility. the pantry is outside the room. might having trouble looking for the hotel by GPS. if you rent a car, ask the rental company to input the address of the hotel in their GPS. GPS mostly in Hangul, unless you know Korean.

城山日出峰に近い自然に囲まれたホテル”

場所はタクシーの人もここでいいの？と言うくらい自然の中にあります。 今回はメゾネットタイプの部屋に宿泊。 下はダブルベッドで上がオンドルで布団。 部屋からは城山日出峰が見えます。 小さいですがプールとバーベキュー施設があり、夜9時からはシアタールーム(普通の部屋にホームシアター)で映画を上映しています。日替わりみたい。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルとまではいかないごはん。 カレーとごはんに味噌汁とキムチなど。 子供椅子は二つありました。 スタッフの方は韓国ドラマに出てきそうなフレンドリーな感じでした。 子連れが多いので赤ちゃんから小学生くらいまでの家族にはとてもいいと思います。

3星新酒店, 原先以為感覺會很舒服自在, 但住2晚發覺酒店像民宿般SHARE 廚房, 餐具飲水器也在廚房裡共用. 地理位置, 不是自駕遊不建議入住, 夜晚駕車回店原途沒街燈
