Don’t expect too much when you don’t pay a lot. This hotel should be rated 3 stars if it were in Thailand. But for HK standard pricing, location and amenities provided, this hotel is really on the top in hotel choices. The cleaner and security guard are very friendly. Check in and check out process are fast and easy. You can leave your luggage on the ground floor too. 7-11 is opposite the hotel and McDonald’s is 1 min away. It takes around 5 mins to walk to the MTR platform. Swimming pool will be closed during winter but you can still go up there for sunbathing. Don’t forget to confirm whether you need double or twin beds, otherwise receptionist will decide it for you. Overall, it was a really great stay.

The whole stay was superb. Aside from the affordable price, they also have the sky pool which my kids enjoyed a lot. It is close MTR Station Sai Ying Pun Exit A and 7/11, McDonalds is just around the corner. Airport express shuttle bus stops right across the hotel--a plus for me cause we don't have to walk long with our luggage. Everyday, the housekeeping cleans the room without even telling them to do so. They respond to request promptly. One time, when my daughter accidentally locked the safety box, I called at the reception and just minutes after, someone from the security came to the room to open the box.

7 nights travel”
I came to Hong Kong during the protests time, since the hotel prices dropped. It was nice to come and support the local economy. This hotel is very close to Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Many shops around it. Only 2 stations from Central (IFC mall/airport express/ferry to macau). Only at the end of my stay the protests came really close to the hotel that they had to barricade the doors. Overall the stay was nice, the room was cleaned everyday. The maid was very nice and greeted me everyday with a Good morning. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors.

The location of the hotel is near MTR San Ying Pun station but far from bus station to and from the airport. The hotel is decent, looks elegant and beautifully designed. Upon arrival, we were guided by staff to the elevator going to the hotel lobby for check in. The check in counter staff spoke and understood english. We have no problems when we check in and when we check out. Smooth transactions and we enjoy our stay there for three days and three nights. No unnecessary noise and the view over our rooms are great. The rooms were not that spacious but complete with televison and a little refrigerator. The bathroom is not that big but enough for shower and equipped with hot and cold shower..

Fantastic hotel”
I got it in a promotional period, so value for money it was great deal and it offered me a wonderful stay for it's location and the staff who are very available and helpful. The room is not very spacious and don't have wardrobe. But it's clean and cosy with nice view. I'll come back definitely here.

Worth the Money!”
Near everything... MRT station is just a few steps away... Tram Station at the back of the block. Infront is 7-11 on the right side is McDonald's. Many shops nearby plus it is near the harbor. If you will be taking the ferry jet from/to Macau, this place is roughly 10 mins away from the ferry terminal by walking. Accessible to all. I would definitely recommend it. The room is not so big but just right for couples and solo travelers, like me.

Good Hotel”
Due to the months of protesting and lack of tourists coming into HK, the hotel prices are a fraction of what it used to be. Ramada at HK$200+ is really a good catch and if this is the area you need to be in, I will definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is in good condition, near MTR and amenities, not to mention that there are some very good restaurants nearby.

A very pleasant stay”
Hotel is well located with lots of eateries. Easy access from airport. Take the airport express and the free shuttle bus (H2) will drop you off at the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Tiffany managed to check us in earlier than the stated check in time. Our request for a quiet room with harbour view was met. It was kept very clean by a very smiley housekeeper, Angel. It would be great if the room carpet is replaced with tiles as the room smell a little musty. An air freshener solved the problem for me. Would stay again due to the pleasant stay.

The front desk staff are always pleasant, and easy to deal with. They would even let you check in earlier if there’s room available. Rooms are always clean with clean fresh towels.

Fifth hotel I stayed in Hong Kong. "User friendly" hotel, i.e., easy to understand "what to do", "where to go", "how to get there". All high priced, upscale hotels hand you a map that you need a microscope from NASA to see, and circle the directions. This hotel has taken the "initiative" to enlarge the microscopic subway map, to further assist their guests. I paid double the price for the other hotels and got the same size room and no customer service from the overstaffed "front desk" staff. All housekeepers were exceptional in each hotel. However, in addition to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this hotel, there is even a rooftop swimming pool to entertain the kids, as well as a spectacular view. Though it may be described by some as older and maybe could be updated, don't be discouraged. And , yep, the rooms are small. . . but it's Hong Kong. And for the value this hotel offers, you can rent two or three rooms for your family for less than one at a 5-star rated.

Staff was very helpful in helping me flag down a taxi at 4:00 AM and recognizing my face when they cleaned my room. The view of the mountain was also excellent.

Although rooms are tiny, they were clean and housekeeping staff was very responsive to requests. The thing that I liked the most is the location. MTR is just a minute away. There are lots of very affordable restaurants right outside the hotel, serving different cuisines (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc). My family and I tried most of them. 550 meters away is Chau Kee Dim Sum, a Michelin-starred restaurant that serves yummy crispy french toast.

Great location and view”
It was very nice. The staff were friendly and the cleaners did a good job. It's in a good location very near to the MTR. Only problem is the lifts seem to stop on almost every floor at certain times of the day. Perhaps they could programme the lifts to only serve certain floors. Other than that, a great hotel!
