Good location and Good Place to stay”
We stayed at Yiu Fai Guesthouse for 3 days two nights. Room is always clean. They change the towels, toilet paper and make up the bed. Aircon is working as well as the water heater. Room is enough for two persons. There is a compartment under the bed where you can put your bag. There are hangers and many hooks where you can hang your clothes. The staff were all nice. They speak in english and accomodates our needs. The location is near to every stores and restaurants. Near Jollibee and Mcdonalda too :) The place is near MTR, you just need to walk 3 minutes. We will definetely stay again in Yiu Fai Guesthouse.

The best budget accommodation in HK”
This property is the best budget hotel we have stayed in in Hong Kong so far. Their room has adequate space for 2 people compared to other hotels at the same price point. They clean the rooms daily and towels are changed everyday. The staff is very helpful. We appreciate the tips they gave especially that Hong Kong is not at its best. Bus stops and MTR stations are of walking distance and has a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, this property is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 at its price point.

Satisfied Customer”
We were given a new room. The AC was working well. The CR was clean. The room was cleaned daily. There were no insects. It was really worth staying in this Guest House. Also, the location is very strategic. 😀

Good Location ”
The entrance is quite hard to find at first since they are located at the fifth floor, they are in between bonjour and standard chartered bank, the staffs are mostly Filipino and we we're able to talk at them and ask them what are the best place to visit in TST.. room was cleaned every day, towels are replaced daily, bathroom are a bit tiny. they have free hot and cold water near the check in area.. but overall the place is good.

Budget friendly accommodation”
The guesthouse was very nice, kind and hospitable staff. They change the bedsheets and towels everyday. Near TST station and other attractions. They also offer free refill of drinking water. Thumbs up!👍

AC was not functioning well”
The Guest House is located in a strategic area. It is near restaurants, train station, bus station, stores and the main road. The room was cleaned daily and there were no insects. The CR was clean. Though there was a wall fan, the AC was not functioning well. They have to replace it or have it cleaned. Overall, it was a worth it stay in this Guest House.

Perfect location”
Near money changers, avenue of stars. With good food around the area and malls Clean rooms. A little small but its okay if you will just sleep.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Towels were changed daily, they have adaptors and extension available. Cold and hot drinking water is also included which is really good as water in HK is expensive. They also allowed me to checked in as soon as we arrived. Room is bigger than what i expected and the place where it is located is way safer than Chunking and Mirador. The place is beside standard charter bank and bonjour. just a few steps away from MTR. Will stay here again :)

Value for Money”
The place is very accessible to the MTR and the airport bus, A21. The room is clean though the bed is hard. The guest house offers discounts to attractions such as Disneyland tickets. It has English-speaking staff.

while travelling hong kong you definitely need to access most of the mtr to get to your destinations. this hotel is close by the popular tsim sa tsui mtr. popular food is juz ard the neighbourhood. shopping and many more.

Just right infront of Mrt Tsim Sha Tsui ,nearby full with shops and restaurants, and walk 300 meter already reach Harbour City, worth of money, friendly front desk too if u looking to purchase tickets to tourist spots, u can get cheaper price from them, better than you buy directly online or on direct site

I arrived around 3am and I asked if I could check in late, he approved it and he gave me details how to check in on my own. So it was hassle free. Place is small but its okay, it is Expected in hotels in HK. They have free water Hot and cold. They change the towels everyday. They clean the room everyday. The place is near the MTR, 2 mins walk i guess.

Convenient ”
Good value for money. Very near TST Mtr, stores and restaurant are just across the corner. Our room is located in the 6th floor of the building, but the main reception is at the 5th floor. Hotel is 2 blocks away from Chunkin Mansion. The guy from reception is nice, he also sells discounted tickets for different attractions around hongkong. It’s better to buy from him instead of klook etc. We requested for a twin bed. The room is spacious compared to the other hotel I stayed in before. Bathroom is ok and spacious too. They provide drinking water, hot and cold, clean towel everyday, toothpaste and toothbrush, blower. There’s also a TV. My only problem is the bed, The next morning I woke up, there are bedbugs bite all over my legs. I have to wear leggings and socks the next day to avoid being bitten again. My friend didn’t get any bites, maybe it’s just on my bed. If there are no bugs, then I’d love to stay here agaib.

Very near Mtr station”
The location is great because very near the public transport. Near bus airport, just need 50-60min ! Easy to eat and shopping. The room is small but the air-cont and heater work very well Room is cleaned everyday . The elevator is too small
