Room (1502) was spacious, with bath tub & great ocean view and balcony. Love love the room! Room is clean with great air-con & strong water pressure in shower/bath tub. Staff (Lucy Linh) deserves a compliment for making our stay memorable from the time we check in till we check out. Our room was decorated with beautiful roses (cos we were celebrating our wedding anniversary) and breakfast was such a good spread of Continental & Asian cuisine. Rooftop pool was great & definitely a vibe! The lifeguard on duty also deserved a compliment as he was very attentive & kept a close watch on all young kids swimming in the pool. Location is good & you can even rent motorbike from hotel (250k per day) Definitely my best stay in Vietnam so far! Will definitely come again!

Amazing pool and great hotel ”
Rooftop pool is the draw to this hotel. Staff is kind and accommodating, the rooms are clean, location is great- can catch a Grab to anywhere easily. Food is primarily Vietnamese, great omelets and good service.

We enjoyed the hotel very much and are most appreciative of the hotel’s thoughtfulness to provide us with a free room upgrade to celebrate our anniversary. My thanks especially would go to Front Office Manager, Lucy Linh! The breakfast and rooftop bar were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Vias. It had an amazing location by back beach and it was easy to get around and see the city via grab. We would absolutely love to stay again.

I would like to start off with the excellent service and attitude of the F&B staff on the 4th floor and lobby Lounge . Made our meals very pleasant although menu could have been Better . Rooms are clean and basic . Management may want to give more thoughts to it . Rather bare .

This is new hotel,the receptionists were very kind ant the hotel atmostphere was good!!! The wimming pool was on the 17th floor,so we could enjoy the beautiful night sea. But the closing time was too early to relax on the 17 floor by watching the sea.....

Nice hotel, one of the best ones there, close to the beach, swimming pool on the top floor, could see the entire view of the ocean!!! The room was nice!!! Amazing ocean view from our balcony!!! Living area and Sleeping area were divided in my room, so it was spacious, enough space for my children to run around!!! I would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

This hotel is located one main road away from beach accessible. We stay in 12th floor balcony room with beach viewing. We had a good surprised of birthday ballon on bed and a complimentary birthday cake from the generous hotel management. Over here, we are deeply appreciated your kind offered. The room is cosy for couple with neccessary toilet kits. The sky pool and pool resting area at 17 floor is excellent vivid colors designed areas for guests. The sky pool comes with perfect size length and width and jacuzzi in center with panorama beach viewing. The gym and breakfast restaurant is located at 4th floor. The gym is well equipped with up to dated equipment and gym size is very spacious. The breakfast spread is just accepted. Most importantly, The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful and friendly to guest. The customer service quality is the best accross the same stars hotels. The staffs international language must be trained to facilitate international tourist, if this areas become international tourist spot. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended to everyone who visit vung tau. Thanks
