Amazing location, great customer service”
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay here and we could not speak highly enough of the service. The fact that I was making a last-minute booking at 30 weeks pregnant after 24 hours of flying was not exactly confidence-inspiring, but Apartments of London were incredibly helpful with providing everything that I needed - a room right next to the bathroom, an apartment close to the office, and even help with posting items I'd left behind thanks to my good ol' pregnancy brain. They were very helpful and responsive to all my emails. We also loved the location. Not far from rail and underground, as well as Sainsbury's and a good number of restaurants and cafes, it made our short stay in London an absolute breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to make another booking with this company.

Splending & spacious apartment”
It was splendid. The apartment staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment we got was very accessible to the train station and was close to a supermarket. The apartment was very brightly lit and homely. We were very happy with the apartment and would definitely return to Apartments of London if we are visiting London again.

Would recommend but with provisoes”
Great location, clean but basic apartment. Two flights of stairs, so unsuitable for some. 4 keys for 3 locks and each key not identifiable (even by staff!) Shared bathroom not ideal but the price for a double room in the heart of London far outweighed this short coming. Road noise and street lighting were overcome with ear plugs and eye mask. Apartment was great as a base for exploring the city and would recommend.

Great location. Easy to Access.”
Booked this because I was traveling with my family and I wanted something with a little bit more space than your average London Hotel room. The location was perfect (5 min to Victoria station). They emailed instructions a few days ahead of time on how to access the property. The kitchenette was a bonus and we even cooked dinner one night after a long day of site-seeing (grocery store is about a 7 min walk). The pull out couch worked great for the kids. My only complaints would be the pillows, which weren't really pillows and the lack of extra linens. There was exactly 4 pillows, 4 towels, no wash cloths and no tea towel or oven mitts in the kitchen. A few spares would have made a world of difference.

Such a big room for such a nice price!”
Click - mistake in the valuation, GREAT value for money! A super big and light room, big and light kitchen with all functioning facilities for laundry, cooking and even a dish washer what is unusual for homestays. Also to keep the apartments clean is a daily and important standard. Compared to other homestays in London I would highly recommend that one! The area is very central, by feet it would be only 15 Minutes to Buckingham Palace and 25 Minutes to Downing Street.

Clean and comfortable 10 mins from Victoria”
We stayed in the studio apartment with its own bathroom on Belgrave Road. Location is perfect for Victoria station. I'd already looked at a few hotels on the same road but reviews showed them to be prone to bedbugs (!!) It's a nice old fashioned high ceiling-ed room which has been fitted with a kitchen unit (surprisingly well equipped with utensils, salt, pepper etc.). Nice large window, comfortable chair. Clean, comfortable and very new looking bed. The silver bedside lamps turn on and dim with a gentle tap. Nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend for solo traveler”
I forgot to check the reviews before booking this place. Upon checking the reviews I saw many negative ones so I was prepared to book new hotel. However the self check in process was really easy and simple. The stairs were narrow but I only had carry on bags so it was not a big deal. The bathroom and kitchen and the room was tidy and simple and clean!

Great location”
The apartment was fine, needs updating as you enter the hall, soiled carpet as you enter, and dated furniture in the flat, but other than , the apartment was fine, nice shower, plenty of room, nice kitchen, and a sofa bed in the living room, plus a TV with loads of Freeview channels, and a 2 min walk to the No 24 Bus ( which runs 24hrs ) so all in all fantastic value for money.

Great location, small rooms though”
We stayed in a really small room with the three of us, and there wasn't any proper dining room , so even after cooking, it was uncomfortable to eat. Cable doesn't work half of the time but if you are only in London for a business trip or lots of sightseeing/shopping and use the room mainly for sleeping, then this is the place for you. Free wi-fi is always good!

Excellent VFM”
I was a bit worried by a lone female traveller review who said she felt unsafe so was delighted to find a very secure solid front door and locks on the bedroom and shared bathroom doors. The place was spotless and I'm very fussy about cleanliness. I don't think you'd get the range of facilities (inc full kitchen, bath/shower, comfy bed. stirage, tv, clean sheets and towels for £43 anywhere else in London. would use again.

Good location at a reasonable price”
Good value for the money. Room was fine for the money. Some issues with the apartment related to maintenance - hallway lighting and also shower hose was spilt so couldn't be used, but these issues were resolved within 24 hours once reported. There were no instructions provided for how to turn the heating on, which wasn't a problem for me (I wasn't cold) but it was for some of the other tenants in the apartment who are from warm countries who weren't familair with how to turn on the central heating using the combi-bolier. I turned it on for them though and then there was no problem. The only issue with that is that of the three rooms on my floor, we all share the same boiler so if your flatmates turn the temperature up, then your room will also get hot, unless you turn your radiator down, though as the temperature controls were in the hallway there is no way of knowing if the other people on your floor have turned it up in the night. The windows in my room didn't open either making for a an overly hot night. Overall I was satsified with the apartment for the money and would stay there again(the flatscreen TV was huge), however if you are staying here and are sharing facilities, then you have to be prepared to accept that things like this may happen.

Great stuff again!”
This was the second time my partner and I stayed with Victoria apartments and I cannot wait to stay with them again. Great room, great value for money, great location - it's in walking distance of everythjng you need when going for a few days away. There were cons of course - I had trouble with the oven as the bottom door didn't seem to close, the latch on our room door didn't work and the lock on the bathroom door was very stiff. However these are all minor issues that did not significantly hinder the quality of our stay and I'm sure can be looked into and ammended. The highlight was definitely our room which was spacious, comfortable and attractive. Very much recommend, can't wait to stay again.

Lovely apartment as you are home”
We are a couple and got the apartment near by Pimlico tube station. It's not far to walk but before entry We have to go to thier office(on Wilton st. ) first to take the keys It's about 2 tube stop from office to apartment (quite far for quest with big lugguage)u can get taxi. Clean and quiet. So good place ,if u don't mind to share bathroom and kitchen with others. Value choice!!!

Great location, clean space, easy experience”
Due to a flight delay I arrived two hours later than expected, and my cab driver's anxiousness when he dropped me off made me think I had booked in a bad area. But there was nothing to worry about. The instructions were perfect and I got in with no issue, and in the morning I saw that far from being the wasteland it appeared the night before, the apartment is a block away from a stretch of great restaurant options, and only several minutes' walk to Victoria station. Not only that, it was clean and quiet and private--a great start to my first-ever UK adventure!

We booked this place for 1 night thinking it was a 1 bedroom apartment then realised it was a 1 bedroom with ensuite in an apartment with other rooms. We didn't like the idea of sharing an apartment with strangers but we stayed the night and it was great! The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Having our own private bathroom was a plus. The apartment was just a few doors down from Victoria Apartments' office. We'd recommend this place to solo travellers or couples.

A second time with Victoria Apartments and this one was even better than the first. Great apartment with retro styling that was just lush. Everything provided, clean, ready. And the instructions for self check-in are clear and simple, leaving you to just arrive like a local. Couldn't fault a thing.

Good value for money ”
Centrally located, apartment in good condition and clean. We stayed one week and had a really good stay. It started with small difficulties: the code for the door in the email with the instructions that was sent before arrival didn’t work. But we managed to get somebody on the phone who solved the problem. Make sure you specify how many people are staying. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter and despite emails sent, the cot had not been put I the room. That made the first night difficult. Fortunately, we got the cot the next morning. When the temperatures soared, I sent an email asking for the heating to be switched off and had a reply instantly. What a great surprise. You get what you are paying for, in a great location!
