Steve was so nice and professional .Location was excellent .”

Steve was very nice and approachable .He dealt quickly with a problem with the fire alarm .Jane who works with him was also very professional and helpful . I recommend staying there .Location is excellent on the top of victoria center .

Lovely Hotel with most firendly staff in UK”

Location, staff

Hotel is nice located. Victoria Centre has everything from supermarkets, computer shopes, wet market, apparel, shoes to what ever you want.It is minutes from City Centre with all its reataurants and bars. It is clean and neat. But it is it's management and staff, which makes your stay different. They will guide you for Nottingham life, where and whats happening, where to buy staff , how to book taxi cheaper and be very helpful. Thank you guys!
