Tired apartment with great location let down by poor attention to detail, certainly not 4 star or luxury. Not suitable f”

The location.
The apartment was accessed through a concrete corridor next to a restaurant and had 7 flights of stairs to walk up! Not sure this was clear in the description. The bathroom was tired and the paintwork marked, needs redecoration. Poor attention to detail, the dishwasher had no rinse aid or salt and smelt, only one tea towel in our apt and no tea towel in the other. The lighting in the double bedroom was dark and there were no plug sockets by the only mirror. The living space was not very comfortable. Only 1 set of keys given for the 2 bedroom apt.

A great break”

Beautiful Victorian apartments with a Seaview🌊 with a nice cosy homely feel decoration was good facilities was very good and beds were really comfy my children felt like they were at home and called it the holiday house. Private free secure car Park with an electric gate situated less than 150 yards away from the beach and the close To all pubs bars and restaurants and the sea promenade

It was too hot was unsure how to change heating . We were here the night of our wedding , I did make the company aware of this special occasion, a little extra bottle of fizz or something would have been nice.

Location was perfect. Close to amenities. Private parking was perfect. Beds comfy and clean.
Could not open windows as locked and no key. Blinds didn’t open&#47; close properly. Window ledges inside were dirty. Toaster had crumbs in it still. Second bathroom would have been better with a toilet not a shower. General repair, seemed a bit unloved, a shame as everything you would want was there.

Spacious apartment in a great location, in a nice part of town. Lovely views.
The apartment has a lovely sea view, it&#39;s a shame the windows needed cleaning, I know it&#39;s not so easy to keep sea facing windows spotlessly clean, especially after the storms we&#39;ve had, but that would have been a bonus.

The location- close to the beach and next to a good restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.
We were in the Marlborough Suite, which was on the ground floor and didn’t look out directly over the sea. It was quite dark inside: the colour scheme of beige and brown didn’t help. We didn’t have the view of the sea we’d hoped for as we were on the ground floor and the windows were so dirty it was like looking out through a mist. The mugs and cups in the kitchen were very small and we missed having a good sized drink. Power in the shower was poor, had to do a sort of back bend to get under the stream of water. Every time someone goes through the gates to the car park they clang loudly next to the bedroom.

A couple of small things , like toilet roll holder off the wall, washing machine cupboard door not able to shut, bin in bedroom not emptied. These are are only minor but for a few extra minutes of time would have have made an even better stay. However overall no problems and would stay again

Location is fantastic close to the restaurants &amp; beachfront. Apartment came with parking which was really convenient.
Unfortunately the room was very noisy we stayed on ground floor which was convenient but the noise from the guests upstairs sounded like elephants tap dancing on creaky floorboards for hours. Then when they stopped the radiator gurgling all night in the bedroom was unbearable! Maybe we were just unlucky.
