Exceptional value”
The resort is excellent value for money. It is modern, very clean and the grounds are beautiful. It is right on the beach and you can watch the amazing sunsets. The breakfast area is right at the beach too, it's such a nice way to start the day. The staff are super, especially Binh on reception. He is so friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I was able to check in early and check out late for no extra cost. He also helped my friend when her bike broke down far from the resort. He deserves a raise because he does the jobs of about three people at once! :) I had a standard double room but it had a sea view from one window, I could lie in bed and look at the waves (room no.18) . I will definitely be back :)

Exactly what I expect from a beach resort”
Thank You So Much for such a pleasant stay I was Free upgraded to a pool view bungalow, which was so awesome, room was cosy, decent, facilities were new. The girl With a short hair at the reception was so kind to give us some mangos from their garden lol I would love to travel to Phu Quoc every year just to stay here.

This is the most affordable property that has both a private beach and infinity pool! Though the beach in front of the resort is kinda rocky, you can just walk 3min to Blue beach bar nearby for a cocktail at sunset! (happy hour 50% off all drinks! ) There are many restaurants and bars nearby too. Breakfast has various kinds of food! much better than expected. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Room is tiny but since you can easily spend the whole day out in their quiet pool, no need for big room anyway !

Great spot and friendly, helpful staff”
We really enjoyed our stay here, the pool is awesome and the staff really great. A couple of things to consider, the restaurant should be ordered from well in advance, we waited 1 hr and 15 mins for noodles and rice. There's a club next door that has really loud music every night from 4 til midnight, if you're on one of the beach front rooms or the right hand side of the hotel, don't expect to get much sleep, but we hung out next door and the guy is really lovely, definitely worth a visit.

Accommodation was perfect for the beach. All facilities were of good quality e.g fridge, air con, fan. Warm shower, overall good service provided from all staff members. I would recommend to others. The only issue that I would mention is me and my partner booked our transportation to Sihanoukville from the hotel and had a mishap on the way. We wasn’t informed that the last boats from Sihanoukville was 4:00pm while our bus wouldn’t get to Sihanoukville till 5:00. Even though we got the earliest bus which stated we would arrive at 3:00pm. We ended up having to pay $60 dollars for a private car from Ha Tien to make it on time for our boat to koh rong from Sihanoukville. Just be aware when booking.

Amazing Value if you plan to stay in the resort the whole time.”
This resort is perfect if you plan on staying poolside/on the beach all day long which is exactly what we did. The hotel itself is still under construction (we could see them fitting rooms with beds etc.) however it didn't affect our stay at all. The room itself was too small to do anything in but wasn't an issue for us since we spent no time in it. The main downside is the staff in our opinion and if fixed would make it one of the best properties: -We asked for towels 3 times to shower and got then an hour later - Night staff wasnt willing to give us a knife/fork for some reason and told us to look in the empty bar ourself - They take your passport upon checkin and forgot to give us on checkout. We had to ask when we remembered for it and all they could do is laugh and say oops sorry we forgot. All things aside its an amazing new property with a clean beach and beautiful infinitt pool AND for the price is unbeatable.

We stayed in two types of accommodation at Vida Loca, one being the more expensive wooden bungalows as they call them. We stayed in Number 29. They are very compact shall we say and the double bed in the bedroom section is only accessible from one side, consequently someone has to climb over the other at some point should they need the bathroom. There is no mirror in the bathroom which is a bit of a pain. The outdoor furniture should you want to sit out on the small terrace is not comfortable at all. The half barrel property as we called it was very clean and well equipped with a good cold fridge. However, we did have an unwelcome resident in the form of a rat, which ran out of the bedroom across the lounge area and took refuge behind the units. (The other half was asleep at this point). I reported the incident the morning after and the staff came round and removed the units and the rascal had checked out for the day. I worked out the culprit was gaining access under the entry door

Quiet place and cleaninesss”
The was cleaniness. The place was good for children who wants to spend their all day playing with sand on the beach. During the covid time, the place was very quiet, so there was no restaurant but we can find a nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch next door.

Great value, great location, but small rooms”
The room (one of the standard rooms) was described as big enough for two adults and two children, but actually the room was only big enough for one double bed. Other than that false advertising the room was ok, good value, and in a great location. The pool was lovely, you had breakfast pretty much on the beach, and the bar was pretty decent. My only other (minor) gripe was playing trance music at breakfast...if the volume was a little lower it would have been more pleasant.

Family suite was nice and really clean. The only downside was really hard bed in small room. Restaurant in resort is closed and there is no breakfast due to covid. Also the beach area is not serviced. If you want place in center close to all restaurants then i recommend this place. If you look for nice sea and tranquility then i'd look in different parts of Phu Quoc.

FANTASTIC RESORT”
Just got back from an incredible stay at the Vida Loca Resort in Phu Quoc and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning scenery and the friendly staff. The resort's private beach was a true paradise, with crystal clear waters and soft sandy shores. The rooms were spacious and modern, with all the amenities I could ask for. The food was also fantastic, with a wide variety of local and international cuisine. Overall, my experience at the Vida Loca Resort was truly unforgettable and I can't wait to go back! 🌴🌊

Good Location and Pancakes, Loud Night Club Next Door”
We thought the beach front was spectacular. Clean, shaded, and very good atmosphere. The pool was beautiful and location was great. Breakfast was enjoyed and we loved their pancakes. Rooms were acceptable for the price. Unfortunately, our seaview room was right next to Zen Bar which played loud music until midnight each night. The loud bass came through our walls and made it very difficult to sleep. Although staff was sympathetic to the issue, they said their was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this place to light sleepers until this problem is sorted.

Great spot in a lively beach area”
Having the best spot on a busy beach close to all restaurants, clubs, massages. Great secluded pool, plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. We has a tripple seaview room which was nice, spacious, only the uncomfortable bedmatts should be changed. Decent breakfast, bar/restaurant at the beach with ok prices. We liked the vibe of the place with music, yet aware it is next to beach club so loud music til 11pm, but nit much issue for us. Overall very nice stay and we recommend the place.
