Awesome mountain view”
The hotel located within walking distance from the Sa Pa Town. It is facing the Muong Hoa Valley, monorail track, and even Mt Fansipan on good weather, so you can enjoy the view while having breakfast at level 2 or even at the cafe at level 1. Breakfast provided is great and has a good variety. Despite of being 1-month old hotel, the room is spacious, comfortable and has a big bathroom. The hotel manager told us that the rooftop swimming pool is still under construction and hopefully it will complete by end of November 2022. However, there is also some improvement needed. Sound insulation not so great and you can hear some hotel guests playing and shouting. Floor trap in the bathroom get stuck. But good thing is the staffs will address the issues promptly. Overall, it is recommended.

Vietrekking ”
As much as I loved the view at this Penthouse which is the top notch at this hotel. With the rate we paid (which is double from 5 stars hotels surrounding), the amenities and their employees are not ready to do hospitality service for 4-5 stars hotel. This was only a homestay a month ago (this is what management told me) and their breakfast are poor in example coffee was not plugged in, ran out of eggs for breakfast requested., selection are few! We talked extensively with the new management and they are super respectful and understanding what they're lack of but that doesn't erase what we experienced. The road to this hotel is horrific, under construction and narrow therefore big van can't come to the main lobby. Water for the shower was sometimes hot only or cold only. They said it has to do with the construction in front of the road. I think if management can work out these issues this penthouse would be a paradise as the view is breathtaking.

Great view”
The hotel has a great view. The bungalow is worth the booking because during the sunrise, you’ll get to see all the beautiful clouds and the sun rising. Their cafe has great coffee and tea. I just hope they will put a fridge in each room to accommodate families with kids to hold their milk. Also is hope they’ll clean the pool better. I’m seeing that they’re expanding the rooftop pool. Hopefully they’ll clean the water and make it good. Other wise, everything is great here. I would totally come back to this hotel the next time.

Great Value for Money”
We booked the hotel as it was one of the cheapest when compared to hostels and other hotels in Sapa. The place is really new which is nice and is situated perfectly to give stunning views down the valley (when the clouds clear). The highlight is the pool on the roof and also the generous buffet breakfast which was the best we’ve found traveling around Asia so far. The staff were also really kind and organised our bus back to Hanoi for us taking no commission. On the downside one of the reasons we booked was the advertised early checkin (12:00) as we had arrived crack of dawn into Sapa. However when we arrived they said it wasn’t until 2. Our room also had a very strange smell, we were not sure if it was fresh varnish still drying as the timber cladding in the room looked shiny and as if freshly painted, or if they used just a very strong disinfectant/cleaner. We asked for an air freshener but nothing came. When we checked out we also were surprised when asked to pay for the water used in the room. When we arrived they said water tea and coffee were free so you can understand our confusion and annoyance when this wasn’t the case.

Partially renovated”
Beautiful views from their lovely coffee shop with deck and lovely dining area. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the greenery and tropical plants. Our room had a window that looked out onto a botanical wall. It is built into the side of the mountain so our room seemed damp with mildew along the curtains. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. But no bedside lamps for reading. No cocktail bar/lounge. For $10 more we had a luxurious stay at the Silk Path.
