Why it is the best because it is located at the corner of Calle Crisologo which we didn’t recognized until we ride the calesa and made the round ended where the place we stayed at Vigan Plaza Hotel.It was so convinient for us to walk around, bought our souvenirs and found the place we took our dinner..It’s worth the cost.What I love about the hotel was its historical value that every step of in it has its authenticity.Don’t missed Vigan Plaza Hotel because you won’t regret it!Thank you Vigan Plaza Hotel for the accomodation !

Exceptional”
My friend and I wanted to see Vigan. I booked Vigan Plaza online because of good reviews. We were not disappointed. Hazel, the staff at reception, was so accommodating that she allowed us to check-in the morning. The superior twin room was huge and comfortable. Facilities including the complimentary breakfast was sufficient. Location was great - it was walking distance to the cathedral, dancing fountain, heritage houses and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Vigan. They even have dormitories to cater for bigger groups.

Excellent choice for Family with young children”
Excellent stay at this hotel. We got what we paid for and there were no surprises. This hotel is iconic in this area (Vigan City) and very close to restaurants. It is also just walking distance to the historical Vigan Plaza (Crisostomo Street, Burgos Street, etc.) and those Spanish colonial architectures.

The perfect base to soak up Vigan's attractions”
It was the perfect hotel for soaking up as much of Vigan during our short 3 days there. Vigan Plaza is centrally located with great staff and facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms. I would recommend Vigan Plaza to family and friends.

Good Location”
I chose this hotel because of the location, it was at the end of Calle Crisologo, and a stones throw away from Plaza Burgos, Vigan Cathedral, and Plaza Salcedo. It's a great place to stay if you want to roam about the various tourist spots, buy souvenirs, and take lots of early-morning-or-late-evening photos at Calle Crisologo. The WiFi signal was pretty bad though so I didn't get to post photos online. I was also a bit disappointed about the shower facilities. Anyway, the free breakfast was filling and I loved the hot chocolate.

Great Hotel”
I felt the Ilocano culture from getting down our ride, to the receptionists, bell boys and even security guard. The receptionists are so efficient. The guy who sent us to our room was so patient in explaining the amenities of the hotel. The restaurant staff were so nice in promoting Vigan including where to by authentic Vigan products.

Nice hotel”
A pleasant well run hotel with very friendly staff who did their upmost to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is situated in the centre of Vigan with all points of interest within walking distance. The hotel is clean and rooms of a good size. They do not however have an in room safe or fidge. The breakfast is good by local standards.

All the basics”
We arrived on a Sunday -- we didn't know that it meant that we couldn't drive our car in Burgos Plaza where there was access to the hotel. But the staff was quick to assist us in finding a spot to park our car so we could check in. The room was spacious and had all the basic things you could ask for in a room plus some old world charm. There is no hair dryer available, so bring your own. Breakfast is nothing special, but you will be well fed and ready to go around town. Check out was quick and easy and problem free. Good place to stay overall

Beautiful place...Good breakfast ”
I love the place. It has the vintage feel about it. The room was big and comfortable. Although the TV reception wasn't good. It's very close to every where.The staff are very accommodating. We left really late in the afternoon they took care of our luggage and our longaniza while we roam around the city. I like the breakfast.good choices. Maybe if the restaurant is not Hap Chan (sorry not my cup of tea) A more locally sourced dining experience will make this hotel at least a 4**** but who can compete with too many fast food choices around. ☺ See you again Vigan

Location at its best”
the front desk was accommodating since i couldn't print the document. it was an old world atmosphere which i was trying to show off to my guest. unfortunately, the linens used had seen better days. my guest commented on them. limited amenities for the t&b. one shining thing about the hotel was the breakfast food. my guest loved the vigan longganisa and especially the chocolate drink & ordered extra.

Overrated Vigan Hotel”
Vigan Plaza is an overrated hotel. I would rate as 3-star only. Our roon was very smail. The bathroom tiles require re-grouting. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is just in the Vigan Plaza where you can access everything, church, ATM, food outlets and retaurants but the place itself needs improvement.

Excelent romantic stay”
Our stay was excellent in the hotel, the location is perfect for discover the romantic city nicect place there is a lot of kalesa for great price, its worth to take a ring with to wisit the hidden garden, the St Paul Cathedral, and the nicest street where the time has stopped. The hotel was fantastic furnitured in the ols stile, if You would to travel and feel the spanish romantic this is the right stay.

Old spanish style Hotel”
Staff are friendly and helpful. On the contrary, some staff said that they find difficulties with payment and booking system which eventuallly affected us guest that booked online. They said that they prefer those guests book directly or walk in. We were surprise when we check out that we have to pay these or those, which I said that we already paid it. the lady who ask us to pay was immediately corrected by her fellow staff that. I suggest that familiarity with the online booking must be held with it, though i think the hotel is newly member hotel
