It was a wonderful stay and staff was excellent.”
I had a very pleasant stay at Villa Amada and would stay here again as well as refer friends. The staff was excellent and it was in good location to my wife's family which made commuting to see them very easy. My only negative would be the comfort of the bed. But i find this to be an issue for me in the Philippines in general. Great job Villa Amada! John

What I loved about the Villa Amada is the staffs itself, the quality of services that they given to us, the smiled on their faces, and so accomodating in customer's request. I personally encountered no issue, and they gave me an additional discount for my one week stays. 😊

nice hotel with very good service”
Our stay in the hotel is quite an experience. All of us enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are very accommodating and pleasing to deal with. They have a ready smile to their customers. The staff are very polite that they even assisted us in locating the wonderful places and worthy to visit. They readily attended to our needs. What is striking to this hotel is the accessibility of it to the wonderful places in the area

Good service hotel but it's too noisy”
The only problem of Villa Amada Hotel is its location, too near the Rizal street which is noisy crazily from early morning until 12 midnight. The passing by motorcycles and jeepneys make you crazy. The second day it was raining so we had no choice but sleep at day time. The staffs are very good, include the safeguard. But if I could have hear the noisy before, it will not be my choice.

Visit to Mayon Volcano”
The receptionists are not very accommodating and they do not know what they are doing. I am lucky I brought my confirmation booking from Agoda booking company that I reserved 2 rooms. We even phoned them one month in advance that we booked 2 rooms and they confirmed that. But when we arrive they insisted that I only booked one room. I was so irritated. They are not properly coordinated with the booking company. I like the security guards who are vey helpful and polite.

The property is a 3 star hotel so I don’t really expect much from it. Nonetheless, the hotel is acceptably clean. It is also very accessible since most of my transactions within the day is in Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital which is just in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Although during my stay their water heater was not functioning that is why they still have to provide kettle for me to heat the water for my bath.

Budget hotel”
I booked in this hotel because it is near my parents house. The room is spacious but the air condition is small for the room. It is quite hot even when the AC is in max cool, we asked for electric fan which they provided right away. They don't clean your room unless you ask them to. Only 1 key is being issued, so when me and my companion have separate activity my companion will ask the front desk to open the room for him. Staff are nice and prompt to request.

Everything Needs Upgrade ”
Stayed last November 21-23, 2019 at this hotel. I had to transfer to another room due to the noisy aircon unit. The second room that was given to me better but the fixtures in the bathroom was not working properly. I had a hard time taking a shower. The TV units of both rooms were out dated, not flat LED screen (still using picture tube) and cable channels were too few to choose from. What I liked most was the staff they were kind and very accommodating. I hope they will have time to update and upgrade their facilities and fixtures in my next visit.

This is a 2 star hotel with easy access to the CBD via jeepney (staff will help). My 2 night stay ended up being 5 nights. If you want luxury or views try elsewhere, but if you need a bed & a central location then this is for you.

Good location and efficient staff”
Pros: Location is superb! Very near airport. And all other locations. Staff very efficient and helpful. Cons: No fridge. Do not expect elevator. Breakfast is limited. But all in all, good hotel.

Below the hotel is Colonial Grill a famous eating place known for their sili ice cream. Really hot! Then it's just a tricycle ride away from Biggs another restaurant.

Simple clean hotel”
Had a cozy stay. I hope that you will include breakfast in your package. Very near establishments. Very accessible to the airport and to Legazpi city. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The security guards have been very helpful in giving directions.

Very costly for the facilities you are paying”
There is no free slippers, the tv remote is broken and you can’t watch tv because of that. There is no free breakfast and no heater to use. There is no hot and cold shower. The towel is crappy. Overall, it’s a hostel not a hotel and the price is not right for what you get. There are a lot of hotels with the same price that you can get more. Now I know why they are not always fullybooked even in the fully booked seasons.

Good Location”
When we arrived we were informed that they were not informed of the booking from Agoda. After about an hour of waiting, they gave us a lower-value room than what we paid for. Not a good experience. However location was great.
