You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-out is charged at USD 15 per hour (on weekdays) or USD 25 per hour (on weekends and holidays) Early check-in or late check-out with no surcharge can be requested but it is subject to availability. === Please note that a 50% prepayment is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The property will contact you for further payment instructions. === Please note that the room rate does not include the resort entrance fee. Guests must pay the resort entrance fee directly to the resort by bank transfer at least 1 hour prior to check-in: - Adults: 150,000 VND/person/night - Elderly over 65 years old and children from 5-12 years old: 105,000 VND/person/night. - Children under 5 years old: Free The room rate does not include the cost of using the resort's large swimming pool, electric car shuttle service and beach facilities (canoes, kayaks).
