Hotel cancelled our reservation less than 1 week before arrival”
Beware if you book this hotel: The hotel owners cancelled our reservation without explanation less than one week before we were supposed to arrive, when very few options remained elsewhere nearby. Consider staying at the more professional hotels / resorts in St Francois and doing day trips to Basse Terre. You will get more for your money, and a reliable reservation.
