Quá tệ, chỗ ở và trang thiết bị trong căn nhà quá cũ và xuống cấp, không cung cấp gia vị trong bếp, muốn nướng đồ thì bạn phải mua than để nướng. Nói chung quá tệ. Hình ảnh quảng cáo đẹp nhưng đến thực tế thì khác so với hình ảnh thật I think I will not come back here, never never...

Biệt thự Flamingo nhưng tiêu chuẩn cá nhân”
Chúng tôi cùng gia đình thuê 1 đêm tại Biệt thự này. Đây là lần thứ 5 chúng tôi nghỉ ở Đại Lải. Tuy nhiên lại là lần đầu tiên sử dụng Biệt thự do cá nhân kinh doanh. Dưới đây là những bất cập: 1. Internet cực kỳ tệ. 2. Phòng được vệ sinh hoàn toàn không đạt tiêu chuẩn 5* như những căn đã thuê do Flamingo quản lý 3. Vòi nước nóng ở phòng ngủ số 1 hoạt động cực nguy hiểm, chỉ cần nhích tay 1 chút, bạn có thể bị bỏng nặng. ( cần phải thay ngay để tránh làm tổn hại đến khách hàng) 4. Rèm cửa đã bị mốc hết 1/2 5. Xe đạp có 2 cái bị hỏng cả 2. Trước lúc check out 1h thì cô quản gia gọi ông thợ sửa xe đến sửa. Đến lúc ra khỏi vẫn thấy chưa sửa xong :( 6. Do là biệt thự cá nhân, cho nên khách không được sử dụng miễn phí xe điện. Mỗi lần muốn sử dụng phải đợi xe bus 30phut. Muốn dùng xe điện thì phải mất 300K/ lần Đây là những bất tiện mà chúng tôi thấy phiền lòng. Hi vọng chủ nhà cải thiện tình trạng này Xin cảm ơn
