Great value and great location”
For the cost of the room and the quality of facilities this is worth the money. The restaurant service is quite slow however. But the food is very good and the cost is very reasonable. The pool facilities are very good too. Great location as a base for touring all over Sorsogon which is rich in natural wonders!

The place was nice. Relaxing. ”
The place was nice. The breakfast was good. I chose Villa Isabel because i wanted to relax and because i want to swim in the pool, but unfortunately, the pool is not as beautiful, nice and clean as shown in the pictures. The water is not flowing, I can also say that its a bit dirty. the water looks stagnant. Still, because I really wanted to swim, I went in to the pool, but only minutes after, my face and my body started to get itchy, the water is very much chlorinated too.I had rashes all over my face and my body when I got home. My office mate said that my face is kinda swelling and with rashes too.

Great place to stay close to town”
My teen son and I stayed a couple of nights and were pleased. The family room I booked had more than enough space for us, except that the room needs more sunlight during the day (Window had heavy curtains), the reception staff were pleasant and the dining servers was great! The pool was actually clean unlike some past reviews and is surrounded by nice picnic table huts. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend it to family and friends.

Nice, clean hotel, staff attentive and friendly”
We stayed overnight only, checked in late at 7pm, quick check in. Had dinner in their restaurant waited for a while but food taste good. Room is clean with fast internet which is much appreciated. Had small TV. The room is for two person but we only had one towel, service however is quick when we asked for it. My concern with Agoda was we were charged more as compared if I booked directly with the hotel. I paid P1687 (with tax) for a double room vs only P1,400 if direct booking. For the price we paid, we could have had the family room which has bigger bed and space. I now wonder if indeed Agoda gives the lower price and discount as it claim to do.

Although I booked the room for my girlfriend to stay, the report from her was that it was a really good experience for her. She was very happy with the facilities the hotel offered and would gladly stay there again.

Best Value Hotel in Sorsogon City”
The staff is friendly. My flight was rescheduled to next day from Manila to Legazpi due to not clear sky for landing.I called hotel staff from Manila and they reserved the room for next day stay without any additional fee.

An overnight at villa isabel”
Our stay is good, its just there were lot of mosquitoes in the area, we choose villa Isabel because my husband wants a pool for the kids but unfortunately it was so dirty.

Beautifully Constructed”
the building of the hotel is made of very nice materials, lots of hardwoods (probably not very ethically sourced) and tile. however, the front desk is also the restaurant leading to poor service from both. also, it seems to have been designed by a person with a strong sense of proportion but simply too small... vis, i am not a terribly tall westerner, but the staircases are such that i had to bend my head just to climb them?! also, the tv was more or less entirely dysfunctional and the hot water in the shower was not hot. maybe i just had to wait longer for the latter. however, for the city, i think that this is probably about as good as it gets, not sure if anyone would find a reason to stay here more than two nights though.

Had a good stay”
The place is clean and well maintained, staff are nice, location is good. Overall we were satisfied. The only thing is, we didn't get to choose our meal for our breakfast, we were told that specific meals are scheduled, otherwise we'll have to pay on top of the room charge. During our stay, we had longsilog on the first day and cornsilog on the second day.

Good Location,not far from city centre”
the hotel location was good close to city center approx 10 min walk. the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful if you need directions. the only down falls with the room was no mini bar to put drinks into no chairs to sit on no wardrobe to hang cloths, had to ask for a extra towels only 1 was supplied. the bathroom was never cleaned properly,towels and bedding not changed for 3 day's,only after i asked they changed.

No Development”
Nothing changed, maybe repainted room. Old Aircon, promised wifi is not real. Breakfast should have been better or at least serve it to the room. The Dining area is very Dim, they are saving electricity versus convenience and safety of the customers. Cats roaming around, waiting for your left over food on your veranda after you left for a pee. Swimming pool, seems too many Chlorine, that's dangerous. Maybe the cost of this 3K room is that I am in front of the pool, because the Suite Room is not big. Suggest that the owner, should book a Hotel to at least in Legazpi. Many Hotels are rising there with good facilities and lesser cost.

I find the place quite old but clean and well-maintained. Room was spacious. Staff were approachable. Only there's no wifi inside the room only near the lobby and dining area. Rather than that, our stay went smoothly. can recommend to others. Cheers! :) :)

Villa Isabel Sorsogon”
Great location. Pretty hotel. Eager to please staff. But!!! No water in our room when we arrived. Tank being cleaned. Moved to a more expensive room. Next day, no water again! Aircon was hardly working. With 3 electric fans, it was sweltering. We could not sleep!!!! Cable conked out too.Room was clean. Pool needed cleaning. Geeez!!!
