Le propriétaire a été très accessible et généreux de son temps pour nous aider lors de notre installation et au cours de notre séjour. La villa est agréablement localisée, avec une belle vue sur la mer, et comprend toutes les commodités qui rendent le séjour agréable.

Un séjour au top”

Les villas sont très bien placées proches des commodités et offrent une vue exceptionnelle. Les terrasses couvertes sont très bien pensées, elles nous ont permis de profiter des repas en famille malgré le mauvais temps. Les toilettes à chaque étage permettent de garantir une intimité et confort à chaque couple (nous étions 14). Les villas jouissant des tous les équipements, de cette façon, nous pouvions, si nous le souhaitions, préparer nos repas sans prise de tête. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Mes amis et moi même avons passé un très agréable séjour. Daniel a été d'une réelle flexibilité dans l'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, ces derniers ont été rapides, claires et efficaces. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, et dispose d'une vue remarquable, ainsi que d'un emplacement idéal. Je recommande.

la villa est sale et pas du tout entretenue. Elle est vétuste à certain endroit et le tour de la piscine est un réel danger autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes.

Situation avec vue sur la mer exceptionnelle , Très bon confort et équipement très complet de la maison. Tout était très bien sauf ce qui suit à la rubrique suivante....
- L'inventaire et l'état des lieux totalement lunaires (temps estimé 2 heures) que heureusement nous n'avons pas fait puisque c'est le fils qui nous a accueillis... Les choses ont été bien plus simples, merci à lui. C'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes face à des consignes ( avec suivi des révisions) absolument excessives au point que nous avons vécu une semaine de stress de peur de casser un verre ou de ne pas ranger une chose à l'endroit prévu.. Heureusement, nous n'vions pas d'enfants !!! - L'obligation de fournir une attestation resp civile avec les coordonnées du logement loué , de notre assurance pour bénéficier d'une caution / 2 (refus de mon assureur) Msg pour l'équipe booking : le propriétaire est en droit d'avoir toutes les exigences qu'il veut / sa villa, ce n'est pas discutable, il est chez lui. Si nous avions connu lors de notre réservation sur le site Booking , le niveau d'exigence du propriétaire, clairement nous aurions choisi une autre location. D'une manière générale les vacances, c'est fait pour se ressourcer et non être tendu par crainte de ne pas remettre "une petite cuillère à sa place" . Vous devez informer vos clients de cette particularité d'exigence de la part du propriétaire sur cette location. J'ai photographié le cahier de consignes ainsi que l'inventaire que je tiens à votre disposition .. On est sur une. autre planète !!! De mon point de vue, il ne faut pas laisser s'installer ces pratiques sans que le client soit averti, ainsi tout sera clair / propriétaire. A noter que juste après cette location, nous avons enchaîné sur une villa en Martinique, c'est beaucoup plus conforme en terme de consignes et dinventaire à ce que nous avons l'habitude d'avoir.
