Fantastic larg room. Really clean and spacious. Balcony for drying clothes. Washing machine two doors down 40 baht. Walk along river to restaurants. Top venue!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is good for exploring the old town area on foot. The staff helped to arrange a carriage tour pick up at the hotel. No elevator or breakfast though.

Simple but great”
The hotel was on the other side of the river from the markets and it was a great place to stay for one night. I was in Lampang for 1 night as I have to pick up a few things. The room was great for what I needed and the room was sparse but had everything I needed. I did not interact with the staff much as I was out most of the time. It was a simple breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

The breakfast had only one option. The rooms were acceptable but the shower was tepid. It was cold at night so a warm shower would have been nice...The staff on the second day were amazing. Really went out Of their way to help.

Lampang is definitely worth a visit and this hotel is close to everything, right on the river. The bathroom was poky and breakfast was basic but for the price what can you expect.

Good but ants everywhere”
It’s pretty simple. We stayed there three nights and woke up covered in ants for two of them. We didn’t get bitten (somehow) but they were definitely there. We told the staff about it after the first time, but, obviously, they just showed up again. If it was outside the bed I might have felt more understanding but I don’t want bugs all over me dude

Great little hotel”
Great little hotel in a great location. I've been to Lampang before but this was my first stay here and it probably won't be my last. Modern room - lots of powerpoints, quiet, walking distance to the weekend night market. Only possible negative was the breakfast was basic but that's what you get at this price range and there was nothing wrong with it. To those in other reviews that complain about the beds being hard - so are most beds in Thailand and Asia for that matter. The bed wasn't particularly hard compared to anywhere else.
