The window can’t open, so I don’t feel ventilating well. food choice is limited. No restaurants nearby, in the end I need to order online. It is only good if you stay there just over a couple of night and not stay in most of the time during the day. Better know Bristol a bit like how to get proper food you like and things you need. The best is drive yourself. Cause nothing much within walking distance.

Big lack of garbage cans around the hotel and no housekeeping meant a lot of garbage piled up in the room after a week. Bar/restaurant actually chases out customers (yes that happened to me) to close early - and the menu is terrible - no soup or sandwiches, just burgers, a few bad variations of fries, and “healthy bowls”. “Room cleaned and sealed” stickers placed over covid safety suggestions.

Self check in available, staff available to assist too. New hotel. Interesting gadgets in room. Glass to bathroom-toilet is see through but can be frosted with a press of a switch. There’s light sensor in bathroom if needed to get up in middle of night for toilet. Very nice comfy bed. Bit far from city centre. Aerospace is nearby for anyone into Concorde plane. Self parking available but not free, £5 for up to 28 hours, first 4 hours free. Should be free for hotel guests. Big gym facility in the building at a extra cost.

This is one of the top 3 hotels! Even hilton's cookie cant beat! Everything in the room is so high tech and they're using dyson hairdryer! Staffs are friendly and we even have complimentary entry to the pool and gym (it's huge).

ランドリーサービスがない。部屋に電話がない。全てホームページにアクセスして用件を伝えるか、部屋にあるAlexaに伝えて答えを聞くか、レセプションに行って用件を伝えないといけない。私は英語の発音が日本人だから何度もAlexaにI don’t know.と言われて、Sing a song.しか通じず、Alexaの歌ばかり聞いていた(笑) 時間がなくてジムやプールに行く時間がなかったが利用してみたかった。
