    Getting to and from the beach was difficult due to the gated communities across the street....even the access gate from the "public" lawn in Rosemary was locked on both sides. I wouldn't bring my family here for that reason alone.

    Poor -Responses to our needs were not timely; Vicasa would not give partial refund.”

    Spent an hour trying to locate the room. Turned out room was inside an outside door that was not marked. Needed a sign indicating room #'s that were located inside. The studio was not the picture shown with 2 bunks near entrance and then king bed in the living area. Instead no separate bunks, just a sleeper sofa opposite king bed w/no linens. Took 24 hrs to get them. I reserved 2 adults + 1 adult guest thru Booking.Com. The king bed was too high & hard to get in it. i called local # about not finding the unit & although was told someone would come help us find unit, no one came. Window blinds & sills were filthy. Lightbulb was missing in lamp.

    It was mold in the ceiling of the room, not enough towels, roaches was in the room, no working vent in the bathroom, no information for access to the golf cart or bikes, WiFi code didn’t work would be a good place to rent need more care.

    Great location. Room was spacious.
    Mattress not comfortable and springs creaking... needs replacement. Window slightly open but handle has been removed so we couldn't close it and had to hear road noise the whole time.
