Lots of improvements. A hiding Gem.”
This is my 2nd time here, and notice much improvements. The room with balcony was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners once again were very sweet, they even arranged a free Uber ride to picked our motorbikes. There's a nice pool top cool off from the heat everyday. Also if you like to cook there is a full kitchen there you can use. I definitely recommend this place.

Couples staying for 2 days”
Our room with bacony was under repair, so they gave us a bigger room located ground level. A little weird at first but it's OK. Nice and quiet at first, then it got very noisy on 2nd day because we were located next to the pool and lounge area. We could hear everything. Little confusion among staff with our rsvp, we ended booking another hotel. Room is tidy, staff only clean 1st day, not days after. WiFi is spotty, best to connect to Office WiFi. Bed is not comfy at all. Owner/family lend us their moped bc the 2 places that rents out scooters were all out/ don't rent out short term scooters. Again Owner/relatives were very nice and accommodating to us, the office who girl who speaks decent english did messed up our rsvp.

The staff has been friendly and helpful when necessary. Room were spacious, clean and with every basic thing you need. Nice to enjoy a bath in the swimming pool in the afternoon.

Even I was amazed!”
I must congratulate the staff for s sterling performance. My flight was delayed and the taxi took a 'detour' so I was later than my estimated arrival time of midnight. Nonetheless, I was greeted with cheerfulness, attentiveness and a wholeheartedly sincere welcome before being offered a free upgrade. Without doubt, I will stay again.

Nice place to stay in District 2”
It's an older building and the rooms are kept tidy. I had some issues with WiFi there and the hot water. I've stayed in newer/cleaner places for less so it seems a bit pricey for what is offered but you can come and go as you please and it's very close to the main streets and Saigon Outcast if you're interested in checking out the expat scene. Pool was a bit dirty.

it was okay for a cheap room”
First of all thank you for opening up late for us as we arrived late! Not your fault that the taxi driver couldn't find the address... Room was cheap and small and dated....But okay for the money! Bed was comfortable, nice quiet room with tea and coffee, aircon worked and had a working hot shower (With very slippery floor)! Only problem was I booked this place because my GF wanted a swimming pool, The swimming pool was small dirty and closed... Maybe because it was the rainy season?

It's not a really good place to take some rest. The staff is not really helpful. The swimming pool is not clean like the picture. The bed is not OK for a couple to ... Many mosquitoes as well. However, with that price, i can't require more.

Unfriendly, unclean, unhotel-like.”
I would not recommend this place (and thank goodness we were only booked in two nights). The staff didn't have a clue how to run a hotel. The room was unclean. There was a TV and fridge, however no plugs to plug them in (plus no remote control anyway). The rooms were not cleaned - no bins taken out / toilet paper given. The pool area was equally as dirty with dead bugs in the pool (it is not as clean and fresh as the pictures suggest). There is a bar downstairs (privately owned) that had karoke blaring out all evening. Way too expensive for the level of service. Would not recommend.
