The location was excellent. The villa nice and roomy for small bunch and easy parking for 1 car. Walking distance to lots of shops and restuarants. Great bar with live music daily right next door.
It is on main highway with lots of traffic. But we were already aware and had our earplugs.

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable apartment. The apartment was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We only had to drive once during our entire trip!
Parking was a bit sparse. Only one car per unit, which wasn't an issue for my family. However, the people in the adjacent unit planned poorly and brought 3 cars for 6 people.

I was very impressed at how nice & clean the rental was. I'm a bit of a neat freak so thar was a relief. The location was the best. We were close to EVERYTHING. The beach the bars the food boat tours so much 2 see & do. Places to shop. It was great. We hadn't even left yet & my family was already planning our return lol.
We ran out of toilet paper our last day. No garbage bag replacement in the can & since the guess wash the dishes after each stay they weren't exactly clean. Oh & their was no dish soap but lucky the stores were nearby cause we did alot of running back n fourth. A heads up on the ck out cleaning process would of been nice 2 know b4 hand. I didn't mind I just wasn't prepared. Oh & 1 wobbly chair I ripped my skirt when I fell off it. The screw to the chair was on the deck table from the last guess. Also an umbrella for the decks a must to sit out there in the day time

Great Place & Even better Location!!”

The room was pretty roomy, one main reason I booked it was because It had a kitchen and I would be able to cook instead of having to eat out every night with a family of 5. So that saved us alot of money. It was also a great location, walking distance to the beach and to the boardwalk and all the restaurants near by. The check in and out was seemless I didn't have any issues there at all. Staff in the office were very friendly. The backyard was fenced in and very nice. It had a picnic table and a grill out there. And there is even a outside shared laundry room which was nice. They provided a couple beach chairs 💺 and a beach umbrella ⛱. Which came in handy. We had a great time and will definitely visit again.
Our stay was great overall. The only 1 complaint I have is the beds were pretty hard. I didn't sleep good at all the whole time there. Even my 6yr old cried about the bed hurting her. We had to use the sofa bed as well since there were 5 of us. They didn't provide any sheets or anything that fit the couch bed. Luckily I had brought some with me and they fit the bed. Other than that the apt was great.

the apartment was not well stocked. One dish towel, one roll of toilet paper, no soap or shampoo. two of the lamps in the living room did not work. I also wished there was a balcony.

Apartment was clean and close to the beach, shops, restaurants and various water related activities (boat / jet ski rentals, etc.).
The only issue that we had, was that the sofabed was very uncomfortable.

Good deal for the price and location”

Location was great unit was clean
Ac was a little finicky in one of the bedrooms there is one parking spot available per unit which is nice but they are very tight especially if you have a truck also there was a pipe right outside our door constantly leaking water it smelled too and got all over our floor mat and into the unit made the steep steps up to our unit always wet we called the front desk in the beginning of our stay and nothing was ever done about it
