The resort is clean”
The resort is beautiful and clean. They have a big pool with a very nice view of the beach. The staff are very accomodating. However, it’s a bit scary to swim in the beach because the sand in the shore is very steep.

This is a great place to stay if you need to get away from a bustling and noisy part of the city. A perfect way to spend a quiet and private time in la union. This place is also accessible to other featured destination in the area which makes its more convenient for travellers and tourist

Nice place, good food”
The price seemed a bit steep for the accommodations. Evidence of water to/mold in room and bathroom. Long black hair in bathtub, toilet and bed. Location was great for beach access, food pool. I would return if the price would be lower. Overall, not bad!

Nice and quite away from the hustle ”
Internet not working while we were there. Nice and spacious rooms away from all traffic noise. Right in the beach. Nice pool. Food ok in restaurant.

Scary, creepy feeling about this Hotel”
Staff are out and the restaurant is closed at 5pm. The staff and security are all very courteous and well-mannered. The place is well-lighted at night. But my vibes of the place is not okay. The place is so serene which is okay if you would like to relax but at night time, you have this feeling of fear, as if somebody or something is watching. Maybe it's the layout of building. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. I was surprised to find out that my husband felt the same un-pleasant vibes. I would not recommend bringing babies and children. The place is very clean but I have this chilling feeling about the place.

The aircon was not cold. Its too small for the room also the doors were hard to open or close. Food tastes ok but its too expensive also it doesn’t really offer anything out of the ordinary. Pool was a bit dirty and it does not have enough room for a lot of people to swim to

Clean but basic and far from main town”
Clean rooms and parking but either a trike ride or 15 minute walk to the main area of Urbitzongo. Hotel is very basic, no wifi, bad data signal and not many options were available for breakfast.

Overpriced”
It is a bit far from sebay central, where the famous surfing site and the restaurants and shops are located. The living costs of San Juan are much lower than Manila but they charge a price similar to Manila hotels without the same standard of service. During tidying the rooms, the staff forgot to provide stuff water glass and towels.

Close to good :(”
Hmmm. Nice Exterior, super kind guard and staff and we stayed at Superior Room with bathtub, it's a little bit pricey but lack of amenities (blower, sleepers and etc) and cleanliness for equipment (heater) got weird smell as a result of diarrhea 💔 after drinking the heated water , the pool was okay but it has no grate for it to be drained so many flies flocked all around the pool, the seats ( tan seats ) were supposed to be good but not maintained or cleaned. Lack of lights just because you can stay at the pool up until 11pm , too dark I wish they had mainted the aesthetics of it not only the entrance.
