Hotel cancelled my PAID booking and did not inform me”
First booking was ok. Save for their VERY HARD PILLOW. Booked again and decided to bring my OWN pillow. As I was about to check in, staff informed me that my booking was CANCELLED because they wont accept booking that does not reach 1.2k pesos. It was not my fault that the app booked a cheaper priced room and i already PAID for it. Also had ANOTHER booking (ALSO PAID) for next week! THE STAFF WAS NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC! It seemed that it was my fault that i booked a cheaper priced room!! Checked the app again, the price of the room is still the SAME as the one i booked!! THEY WASTED MY TIME, and EFFORT, and GAS and made me come all the way there just to tell me they will NOT HONOR my booking!!

The staffs were approachable and accommodating but I am disappointed because I booked a different room. I wasn't able to sleep well because the adjoining property is a parking area where our room is located. It was noisy in the early morning because of the vehicles and drivers chatter. I usually preferred a higher floor room to avoid this problem. The shower room smelled like cigarette smoke. I would suggest to check the room before the guest check-in for toiletries, towel and beddings. The staff was so friendly.

Worth it for the money ”
Stayed for one night while we were in Tagum. We were a family of 4 - all adults. Most essential needs are present - shampoo, tissue, soap. Aircon is not noisy, which is great.
