We spent a wonderful time in Vinh Tinh homestay. The room was very nice, beautiful and clean. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The owner is amazing, he helped us a lot. We spent a fantastic evening with other guests and the owner, drinking a quite special local beer. We totally recommend this place. Thank you so much Huong, for being a great host but most importantly a wonderful person (sorry, I don't know how to write your name), hope to see you again!

Lovely clean guesthouse, definitely recommend! ”
This is a lovely, clean and very central place to stay in Tam Coc! The Main Street and bus stop is just a few minutes walk and the family who own the guesthouse are so friendly and helpful! We rented a motorbike and bicycles for very good value and the owner showed us where we should go on a map he gave us. I would definitely recommend you stay here if you are coming to Tam Coc or Ninh Binh, we really loved our stay. Also it was cheap to get our laundry done! Our hosts were so kind we were able to shower the afternoon after check out as we were getting a night train which was amazing!

Super friendly family and nice rooms”
Very keen and smiling family running this lovely homestay ! We intended to stay 2 nights and we ended up staying 4. They are very helpful and they upgraded our rooms due to the morning market noise for free. We rented bikes and motorbikes from then and bus tickets. It was perfect thank you so much

Would highly recommend this homestay. Good value for money and the owners are lovely! What they do for the guests is amazing. We arrived late, but wanted to go to the dragon mountain. In a rush the owner fixed two motorbikes for us and even guided us all the way to the mountain. Amazing. We felt very welcome and in good hands. Furthermore the breakfast was amazing. Best one we have had so far in Vietnam.

We had such a great time with this amazing friendly family. We really felt at home. Great bed and little house in a quiet street 100 metre from the market. All you need is here at a very cheap price. We are grateful and defenitely recommend this warm homestay.

Amazing stay !”
This homestay is really lovely. Our room was in a small bungalow (and there are no other room si it is very calm and peaceful) with a private bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice, they were very helpful during our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, gave us a map and recommended the best sights around town. They also arrange for moto taxi for a fair price so we could visit the places that were too far by bicycle ( the owner winded up being our driver because he could not find anyone else, we were so grateful that he took the time !). They also let us use their bicycle (best way to visit around the village) and let us check out later so we could take a shower before taking our night train. The breakfast is huge and filing. Overall great value for money, great owners, and close to everything you will want to see around Tam Coc. We would stay again anytime if we visit this part of Vietnam !

Vinh Tinh Homestay was a real highlight of our trip through South East Asia. The owner and his family are so kind and generous. We got bikes, motorbikes and laundry from them. All great value. The breakfast each morning was also a real treat, so delicious. Thank you so much from two Irish backpackers!!

Great and hospitable homestay”
Family was really sweet and kind! The breakfast was really good and filling. The room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. They organised a taxi and bought our train ticket for our next destination, and also kindly let us use the shower as our train was departing in the evening. This was our favourite homestay throughout our two weeks in Vietnam. The homestay is located in Tam Coc, which is a touristy spot so there are many restaurants nearby and convenience shops, ATM, etc.

Best place we have stayed in Vietnam ”
Everything about Vinh Thinh homestay was really lovely and it was made even more exceptional by the welcoming family. Breakfast was hearty and they accommodated for our dietary needs brilliantly- we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. I can't recommend this homestay more! They gave us a map and good tips on where to visit. The bike we rented was good value for money and they filled the tank for us - other places we have had to fill it ourselves. Honestly, the best place to stay!

Beautiful homestay, and beautiful hosts.”
We booked here quite last-minute on our way from Hue to Ninh Binh for a double bungalow. The hosts are a beautiful couple who make you feel like you are staying at their family home - but the bungalow rooms are definitely hotel standard with huge beds and real duvets (I haven't slept so long anywhere during my whole trip!) Bikes are free to use as you please (we cycled 20-30km a day). The breakfast is excellent (eggs, pancake, bread, fruit, etc.) We had hoped to stay an extra night, but unfortunately they were fully booked - instead, they helped us book an overnight bus to Sa Pa, let us use the bikes for the day, store our luggage, gave us fruit and tea, offered us a shower before our trip, and drove us to the station at 10pm! They are so generous. When we had a problem with our shower, it was fixed immediately, and both speak excellent English - using Google Translate when needed. Would have loved to stay longer and hope others choose Vinh Thinh Homestay if ever in the area.

Excellente maison d 'hôtes !”
L'accueil est tres chaleureux. Le propriétaire est sympathique etplein d humour. Sa femme est charmante et souriante. Les chambres sont bien décorées avec salle d eau individuelle et climatisation! Quant au petit déjeuner c est un repas complet avec pain, fruits, café ou thé, confiture, omelette...vraiment une des meilleures étapes que j'ai faite pendant mon sejour de 1 mois au Vietnam. Ah! oui et puis des velos à disposition....

A la fois proche de tous les centres d'intérêts et des restaurants et en même temps au calme, ce homestay est une excellente adresse sur Ninh Binh. Notre hôte a été aux petits soins, nous a reçu comme sa famille et s'est plié en 4 pour nous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût et propres. Les lits sont très confortables, le wifi et l'air conditionné fonctionnent à merveille. Merci pour tout!

Perfekter Aufenthalt”
Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Homestay und es war einfach super! Man kann Fahrräder und Roller zu einem günstigen Preis ausleihen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bei dieser Lage alle innerhalb von 25min mit dem Roller zu erreichen. Man bekommt vom Besitzer Infos zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine Karte an die Hand. Da der Besitzer zum Homestay auch ein Restaurant hat ist das Frühstück super lecker und man kann auch zu jeder anderen Tageszeit bei ihm essen. Zudem hat er uns die Weiterfahrt mit einem Nachtbus organisiert. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden!
