A perfect villa for a family with teenagers”
Such a wonderful resort. So clean and villas were spacious and well equipped. The pool in the villa was warm and so nice to have privacy. The other pools in the resort were lovely too, so many trees for shade and comfortable sun lounges and so many of them that there were plenty to go around. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. So much attention to detail. Buffet breakfast a winner with the family. So much choice and delicious. Shuttle service to Hoi An was terrific. On the expensive side but a really enjoyable stay at a fabulous resort.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service”
We have just returned from 4 nights at this beautiful hotel - was really a lovely resort with massive spotlessly clean pools in gorgeous gardens right on the beach. The staff were excellent, always happy to assist with any guest needs. Breakfast buffet excellent every morning, and we ate a couple of evenings and lunches at the lovely pool bar on the beach. Only small complaint is that it is fairly isolated and there is nothing close to the hotel - no spas, convenience stores or other restaurants. It wasn't a deal breaker as we took a very cheap grab taxi when we wanted to go anywhere, just be aware that it is not very close to other hotels or in town. Other than that, we loved it!

Highly recommended”
I've given 5 stars to the staff but it doesn't really do them justice. They are excellent! Four stars for location but really you couldn't ask for more if you want great scenery. Marble mountain is situated at the front of the hotel and from the beach you have amazing views of the city. However, it's a 20min drive to the city centre so there are pros and cons to the location. Four stars for the facilities, only because the laundry service is eye wateringly expensive. There are great local launderettes which offer a pick up and delivery service. All in all, this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Stunningly beautiful and the staff are first class.

Spacious and clean room. Impressed by kind and smiling staff. Pool also well managed. If you plan to trip with family, it must be good choice. Breakfast is not good as room, but it is okay.

All staffs were so kind and offered us good information. However, refrigerator had low power, so some foods were going bad. (Milk , juice, fruits) Other things were perfect and pool condition was nice. Thanks for your kindness

수영장은 최고 나머지는 별루입니다 샤워부스 물안내려가는거 고쳐달라해도 고쳤는데 여전히 안되고 뭔가를 요청하면 엄청 느려요 아무래도 오래된 리조트라 그런듯.. 같은돈이면 다른 리조트 가시기를.. I don't want to recommend the best of the rest of the pool. I fixed it if you asked me to fix the water in the shower, but I still can't, and if I ask for something, it's really slow. It's like an old resort. If you have the same money, you should go to another resort.

located in one of the best beach in da nang. blue ocean, white sand, cool wind makes it the real feeling of 5 star resort. there are 2 great things about this resort. 1 is hospitality. friendly staff. great service mindset. especially staff in restaurants. 2 is luxury equipments. room is full with everything needed. restaurant is more than beautiful. only not so good thing is food. seafood pizza from room service is bad. food served in restaurants is ok, but not good enough comparing to its price and the level of this resort. above all, great hospitality made our trip special, so thank you vinpearl luxury danang!

Superb Beach Resort Hotel”
first time at vinpearl and loved it. my room was huge and my bed was extremely comfortable. breakfast in the morning was great also. it was my friends birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary birthday cake. the hotel was clean and i give a lot of credit to the house keeping staff. one thing that was lacking was the activities, it may just have been due to the none peak season. the hotel is also quite far from the heart of da nang and so if you are planning to go out to the pubs and clubs each night, i would suggest that location wise, this would not be too great. its not a place that you could decide to take a strole and do some shopping etc. however, if you really want to treat your stay as purely a resort type visit, then the vinpearl is a great place.

A well kept nice resort with excellent staff but..”
We experienced exceptional staff from start to finish, competent and always very friendly. Resort and rooms are fantastic and well worth the money. Breakfast was very nice. On the downside: The European restaurant for dinner. Overpriced and just not nice. Likewise beverages in the restaurants. 10x high street prices for beer and soft drinks and easily 4-5x outside restaurants of a similar standard. Very nice spa area but again overpriced by about factor 2. So not surprisingly, neither the Spa nor the restaurants/bars are frequented much. The location is excellent for beach and Golf but a bit far out from Da Nang and Hoi An and literally nothing to do around the hotel other than the Marble Mountains which are nice. On the upside, they have a shuttle service to Hoi An which is good but needs to be prebooked. Otherwise a taxi ride is required. We had two unhappier moments but the way how staff and management handled them were exemplary. Sometimes things just happen and when a hotel deals with matters that well, they are easily put away. The Vinpearl is en route to being one of the great hotels in Da Nang with little improvements here and there. Would we go again or recommend it? Yes, in particular if you are into Golf and love quiet and beautifully laid out resorts along endless stretches of powdered white natural beach. Look at weather charts for temperatures though :-)

Excellent beach resort in DaNang!”
My sister and I stayed here for about a week on our first trip to Vietnam. We had a wonderful vacation. The Vinpearl is a beautiful property. The pool area facing the sea is absolutely gorgeous. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke, we were blown away by our sea views (panormic view rooms). The resort never felt crowded and there were very few young children (a bonus in my opinion). The resort offers free shuttle service to Hoi An, which is very convenient, but must be booked with the front desk at least 1 day in advance. We booked tours to Cham Island and Bana Hills through the hotel, which were very nice and included private car and private English speaking tour guides. I have recommended Danang and the Vinpearl resort to many friends since staying here. My only reservation would be regarding full board, which we booked. The food could be improved upon. The breakfast buffet is great and everything you would expect in Asian resort like this, but I felt that dinner could have been a bit nicer.

I like Vinpearl everywhere in Vietnam. Vinpearl is always my preference for hotel wherever I go. However, I realize that Vinpearl Da Nang quality is going down compare to few years ago in some extent: 1. Lot of mosquito in the room 2. All the windows could be in better design for better view especially the beach front room. The current windows frame looks horrible which block the beach/ocean view. 3. Some type of plant/flower can be plant in front of the balcony to scare the mosquito away and make the balcony looks more romantic. 4. Rooms service is going down, they did not pay attention on a lot of broken item in the room, need to call and report at least three broken items. Breakfast quality is going up though. Overall, I have a good time.
