Hidden Piece of Paradise ”
From time of checkin to checkout it was perfection. The duty manager, chef, poolside bar staff to the cleaners were so professional and warming Rooms are clean providing you with the most picturesque views. The furniture was amazing almost feel like your walking into a palace. Daily buffet breakfast caters for all cultures and so delicious. There was a chef egg station as well as a Pho and soup chef station. The staff were just so attentive as soon as you sat down asked what coffee you required. There is a tourist company that handles all of activities of the island which was so convenient and well priced. The facilities at the resort has everything and more you could ask for. After a long day to sit in the pool and have a cocktail viewing Ha Long Bay was unforgettable. Recommended to couples, families or any person.

Best in Halong bay”
As soon as we entered the property we realised it's gonna be amazing... The hotel reception was huge and they offered is welcome drink. Then they took us to their island throught private ferry. It was 2 min boat ride. That island had only one hotel. It was a massive property.Breakfast, Gym, steam sauna and jacuzzi was included in the package... We had an amazing time at the pool side bar . They are maintaining good standard of hygiene. It was a worth every single penny. We would love to stay their again if we visit halong bay again.

Gorgeous resort ”
From the moment we arrived at Vinpearl Ha Long Bay Resort checked in areas, we were very impressed with their warm welcome. Their staff swiftly took us to Vinpearl Island on a boat. The entire resort was so gorgeous and elegant! The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and beautiful. Pavilion restaurant was so delightful and their gourmet food was out of this world. This resort is like Heaven!

Vinpearl is a customer-oriented 5 star hotel. Their customer service was the main reason that make me want to go back to Vinpearl for my future trip. They value and care for their customer even in smallest matter, they really take it seriously on customer request and comment. To me Vinpearl is an International Customer-Oriented Luxury 5 Star Resort. If compare about customer-service in Vietnam's 5 Star Hotel, I personally think that de la Coupole in Sapa is far behind compare to Vinpearl.

It made us feel like inside of a Palace! Everything was perfect…the room, facilities, service, the view from the room was breathtaking! The only drawback was the restaurants which are overpriced, but you have plenty of options nearby. Overall, marvelous! I strongly recommend it!

We just stayed for 3 nights. It is in low season, not many other customers. Overall, the resort is nicely located and designed with fantastic views. Big thumb up to staff, they really tried hard to keep us well services.

A hotel worth recommending”
The entire hotel has very good hardware, the staff is friendly and courteous, actively assisting with a smile. The outdoor swimming pool faces the view of Ha Long Bay, the room is very large and clean, the TV can watch YouTube, the disposable items are of very good quality, the skin care products use high-end brands, and the breakfast is rich. Definitely feels like a vacation.

It was nice to stay with the kids. Especially, the staff in the kids room was very kind and I appreciate it. It was my second visit, and the rooms were a little cold because they were all winter. There was a difficulty because the temperature could not be adjusted, but thank you for lending me a heater.

Best resort in Ha Long”
The Ocean View Executive Suite had two balconies facing the bay. The room was super clean and the staff was very attentive. There was outdoor and a heated indoor pool. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Highly recommend this place as romantic getaway or family vacation.

An unforgettable stay”
The 10 of us are very impressed with this resort on this beautiful island. -Vinpearl staff arranged transport for us from Hanoi hotel to this resort. Fast check-in at the grand ferry terminal. Only a few minutes ferry transfer with short waiting time -A wide spread of sumptuous food for both breakfast and dinner buffet at Bayview Resturant -Good and value for money spa services. It costs 700,000 VND after the 500,000 VND discount for body massage. -Pavilion Restaurant is a very big and unique restaurant sitting on the sea. I enjoyed the ambience and 'live' band while dining there. It is a pity that it was rather quiet when we dined there twice. I suppose most hotel guests are not aware of this restaurant. It was the concierge staff who showed us the way. -We like the gym which opens at 6 am -Sunset Halong Bay cruise from 3 to 6 pm. We cancelled the trip as most of my group members felt the night gets dark from 5 pm and the cruise tour is too short. The staff was very kind to help us arrange booking from another cruise operator.

Vinpearl Hotel Halong Bay is the most luxurious hotel & resort you will find in Halong Bay. The rooms are luxurious, has a magnificent outdoor pool which is huge with a pool bar with in pool seating; a seawater swimming enclosures with lifeguards plus an indoor pool. Other hotel amenities include steam room & sauna, two restaraunts with buffet or a la carte to choose from. The cruise boat tours of HalongBay ate about a 25 minute taxi ride from the hotel.

Nice but not perfect for a five star hotel”
The Vinpearl at Ha long Bay is a resort on its own private island. The hotel is a beautiful and elegant building with an uninterrupted view of the limestone islands. Its numerous private beaches are clean & peaceful and it has a number of good sized swimming pools to choose from. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and we had a great massage at the spa as you would expect at a 5* resort. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let it down including those that it can fix and those it probably cannot. Those it can: - At check-in we weren't given any details such as the times for breakfast/dinner or any activities that it has to offer. - We had to go get our bags when we first arrived as they weren't brought to our room. - The food quality in their a la carte restaurant (pavilion) was poor. Our seafood fried rice contain hardly any seafood and the pizza we ordered would be identical to the ones you get as part of the all inclusive option. - Two of our choices from the wine list they did not have and it arrived at our table after our food. - The quality of the food in the all inclusive options was OK but not great. - The hotel can get rather hot and in our room (552) the AC was not working very well. - The minibar in the room was not cold enough and didn't have any alcohol. Unless you go to the pool bar, there is no where to relax or to be entertained. They had a band play in the evenings but they would be drowned out by the noise from the crowds, and the bar in the entrance area didn't have any ambience. - Given the size of the gym, there aren't that many weight related pieces of equipment. Those it cannot: - It seems everyone descends on the Bayview restaurant at the same time and so it is extremely busy. It is impossible to have a relaxing dinner unless you go at 9:30pm as it is so chaotic and noisy with kids running riot. - I saw children try food with the serving spoons and then proceed to put them back into the dishes. - Rather than take a sel
